Buckets Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Buffalo Center

Well, there is a couple of different days. One is today. My daughter ordered food today at 5:05 and was told that it would be ready by 5:30. Well, she didnt get it til closer to 6. I understand that they might be busy, but that is still not right. And the second night that I am going talk about, was about a little less than a month ago. We went there (5 people) for dinner and pool. It was a Friday night, so all you can eat fish. Well, our waitress was HORRIBLE!!!! And I dont mean Alyssa. It was the one that was working behind the bar. She gave us our drinks, but then NEVER not once asked if we wanted refills. And my husband was drinking beer. Me and kids had soda. Well, we had 3 orders of fish 2 with baked tatos and 1 ff. My youngest had a burger (which was RAW) he ate half of it before he seen it. We didnt get one fish and baked tato until we were about to leave. And it was warm at best. Not crispy, more soggy than anything. And we sent the burger back of course, got a different one, but the cook that night did not come out and apologize. And the bar tender had a friends baby behind the bar. She cared more about the bar area than helping customers. But what really got us, was the fact that people came in after us, and got their food, paid, and left before we got ours. I was not gonna say anything due to not being asked to by an employee. But after tonight, Im sorry. I had to say something. And the owner was told about this past incident the night it happened. And NOTHING has happened. And the employee is afraid of getting in trouble with me...

My husband & I just recently relocated to Buffalo Center Iowa & we came by the Bucket Bar& Grill , from the time we walked in til the time we left , we felt so welcomed! I even made a statement that I felt like I was walking into Cheers (NORM)LOL ! I honestly couldn't find anything bad about this place , from the food,to the friendly patrons/Bartenders , to the owner ( Buckethead) LOL! The environment is awesome . So when you visit the Bucket , which I highly recommend if you don't feel the love then that's on you 🤔...
