I enjoyed it. They've taken the crumbling ruin (1782 roughly) of an old grist mill in Cowan on 192 and rebuilt it into a modern facility. I remember as a kid avoiding the place because it wasn't safe to be near.
Ice cream ? Hand packed waffle cones are the usual seller but you can get it in a cup, too.
They've got a lot of the usual selections, along with flavors like blueberry, orange dreamscicle, and teaberry.
There's also coffee, milk, other dairy products and I even saw Angus burgers and steaks in a cold display case.
Seating inside is somewhat limited, but on nice clear days there are plenty of outdoor seats to choose from. From right outside the door, to the picnic tables at the side or even the stream side seating by the bridge, you can find a spot you'll like, while the kids can go play in the small play area.

This Mennonite-owned business has completed renovated the decaying Cowan mill into a wonderful location. There is drive through service as well. The building looks great and you can enjoy your ice cream on chairs or benches right next to rapid run! They have really done a fantastic job restoring the old mill building, that was on the verge of needing tore down, into a cute modern shop. The staff is always very friendly.
