While I don't always feel they are super friendly on the phone, they are friendly in person when I pick the pizza up. They even offer to carry it out to your car for you and even if you say that you don't need help, they will take the time to hold the door open for you. They use tiny pepperoni on their pizzas and each pepperoni gets extra crispy around the edges which is how I prefer and is also hard to find from other places. The sauce is great. I wish they had it where you can order online. I do not like calling. It can be expensive but if you sign up for emails, sometimes you will get coupons like 20% off your order. Living here between towns is tough because places won't deliver this far out, but Vocellis never disappoints. I swear I place my order online and by the time I get up and get plates ready, the driver is already in my driveway. I don't have a bad thing to say. Pizza always looks and tastes perfect. The hoagies, salads, and Vocellis Rolls are so good, we don't bother with boring breadsticks anymore. Ordering online is very easy to get around and simple to do. I had an extremely pleasant experience at this location the other night. My favorite pizza supplier had closed early for the evening without an announcement leaving me high and dry! I picked up the phone and called Vocelli's and the wonderful greeter that answered the phone was extremely helpful and rapidly supplied my starving tummy with fresh and tasty za. I will definitely be back to this shop due to this positive customer...
