Bay Leaf Restaurant — Restaurant in Buffalo

We are a regular customer of their evening deshi snacks as it’s very close to my home. However food is ok. I must not say it’s best or worst …it’s ok & edible always. The main issue is their customer service. They see me at least 5/6 times in a month so I guess I am kinda known face, but never get a smiley greetings ever ! Always disturbed & rude . Seems like I go there for stealing or annoying them. The owner is always extremely rude to me & others too ! Also He do very bad behave to his employees in front of the customer too ! The owner lady also getting rude now a days ! In my last visit he showed his common rudeness to me….& I feel like this is over . Never ever going there anymore. Everything has a limit & the man just crossed that ! I am a very polite & gentle as a person . Never show my anger to others . Always positive even when people do something wrong with me . But his behavior just broke my patience . I didn’t said anything to him but decided stop going...

Don't believe reviews dated more than 2 months before 4th of July, cause, this place opened around that time. Obviously, those are fake. Specially the ones with dine in pictures. Due to pandemic, all was shut down.

BAD place.

Worker don't use gloves, mask or any other kitchen gear, not even during pandemic. I certainly don't want to teast someone else's sweat. Workers don't know how to make paying customer feel welcome. Rude attendant, took care of person standing behind me and ignored me. I had another appointment and walked out without my food as there was no one attending me. Got a phone call 2 hours after placing the original order that my meal is ready. As I told him that I was there to pickup my food 75 minutes ago, but no one attended me, I was advised not to call the place again.

Bay leaf restaurant allows for customers to use parking lot and nearby lots as a big trash can! Management rarely cleans property surrounding restaurant, when confronted, management says they are not responsible for customers, this place is dirty and rats have come to this area since restaurant opened ,.This is a update., Since I posted these pictures, and had verbal argument with manager(last year) i have to be fair, management of restaurant has placed several trash cans on property, NOW, if restaurant management can convince his customers to use these trash cans he would be doing the neighborhood a favor. Note to restaurant management; it is still your responsibility to empty these trash cans ,and pick up your customers trash! Update 1yr later, Sunday morning 9am pictures the trash just gets worse.
