The customer service was wonderful. The atmosphere was clean and organized, but the food lacked any flavor. If you want authentic Mexican flavor just do not go here. West Virginia has provided very superb expectations with Mexican cuisine from past experience and this is just not one of them. If you are used to authentic, flavor and seasonings in the sauce like food from Mexico, this isn't it. Prefer Tex-Mex, not this either. The enchiladas were just ok, but seriously needing heat, spice, and flavor. There is no flavor to the guac. This is NOT quac. It is mashed avocado. NO salt, pepper, onion, jalapeño, not even garlic powder.

We love this restaurant but the last few times there must be a new cook because our food wasn’t the same and we always order the same thing. It was undercooked and lacking flavor. Hopefully they get their old cook back or we pick a different night with a different cook. :( Two months ago I’d given them 5 stars all the way around....
