Pizza Express — Restaurant in Buffalo

I called to find out if I could buy a sheet pizza and have a company party. These jerseys hung up and called me names for wanting to know if they had places where we could sit. Horrible treatment of potential customers. I called back 3 times to explain and order food but they were so focused on being rude and disrespectful that they couldn't hear anything except that I worked for a company. The third time I've ordered and twice the same driver honked his horn announcing his arrival. I had asked him not to do it and even called the store. Was told that all drivers do it so they don't play phone tag with the order. I have done pizza delivery and have never had to honk horn. I will never order from them ever again. This is definitely one of the best spots in Buffalo and has become my favorite. I've had pizza from here multiple times now & it's always on point. The classic pepperoni, white & the steak w/banana peppers. All of it so good! Perfect crust, sauce, cheese ratios. And the service is great.
