Dairy Dream — Restaurant in Bulls Gap

We go most every Friday night for their fish fry. Best fish you can find around here lightly breaded, thick, and not greasy at all. Their wilted lettuce and onions are to die for. Owner is super nice we have talked to her many times about the service. Her waitress is absolutely horrible no refills unless you go up front and wait for her to come get you one, rude, huffs and puffs everytime you ask for something even though you have already asked for for it 3 different times, you can clearly tell she dosent want to work I guess she just wants the money. This kind of service will definitely drive customers away. You can have the best food but with awful service the food...

Couldnt believe how rude they were here... Completely ignored us sitting there for well over 15 minutes, as they each went and spoke to all their regulars. Didnt bother getting us a menu or offer to ask for drinks NOTHING!! Had to literally get up and go get my own menus and tell the woman at the front i guess ill just get my own and she said "sure"! Im a server for 12 years now and currently work at a restaurant and I would def recommend greeting better, caring better and maybe getting people drinks and menus would of worked too. Word of mouth is what its all about. Not just your locals....

Went there with my dad and husband and the waitress took our order right which was no cheese on my burger and no tomatoes on my husbands wrap when the food came out there was cheese on my burger and tomatoes on his wrap I told her it was wrong and that my husband was allergic to tomatoes she'd have to make it again she literally took it back scrapped the cheese off the burger and took as much of the tomatoes off his as she could and brought it back along with awful service the waitress only came to or table once to refill drinks this place is ridiculous and we won't...
