McDonald's — Restaurant in Bunker

I visited the Van Buren McDonald's today and left feeling quite upset. The service was extraordinary and the food was hot and fresh however the atmosphere in the dining room was extremely hot and humid. After inquiring with the cashier she informed me that the AC unit had been broken and to my shock it has been broken all summer long. The current temperature in van Buren was 102 with an index of 124!!! How awful it is for a billion dollar corporation to expect their minimum wage employees to suffer through such conditions. I was just sitting in the lobby and multiple people were complaining of the heat and were actually sweating just sitting there! And to think of how much hotter it was in the back with all of the grills and fryers! Shame on you...

I recommend for no body to go this McDonald’s they can’t make my ice coffee right after month going there. I have found hair in my food an they refused to replace it. They get my Oder wrong 90 % of time an still refuse to fix an get rude said I should speek up more . Then tonight was last straw on 6 26 2021 at 10 25pm I asked if I could get two spicy chicken an drive through lady said would take to long cook to an should just leave because they are closing at 11pm. This worst. Customer service ever I am a manger at another store I would never let one my crew members treat or talk any customer like this. I will be calling corporate about this they have lost...

We ordered breakfast through the app. A meal was forgotten and I went inside to address it, but one of the workers immediately asked if I was missing said meal and I said yes. She promptly grabbed the bag with the meal and profusely apologized. As I got back in my car, I realized straws weren't put in any of the bags, so I went back in and grabbed some from the drink station. Back in my car, I realized they made my sandwich wrong, and I went back inside, explained the mistake on my sandwich, and the same lady made me a new sandwich and profusely apologized again.
