The wait time has gotten ridiculous,I waited 15 minutes on just 2 cups of snow,no flavor smh, I've spent lots of money there,but I'm going to stop, I watched the young lady make 2 everest cups of snow,after coming from the back and not change her gloves,I live in fort worth and I drive there almost daily to get pure sno,just to get all the way home and find flavor colors down in the snow, I damn near had to throw most of it out,due to their laziness and lack of cleaning, now I tell them to make sure they clean the area,I live too far to have to go back,and yet money doesn't grow on trees,and no one wants to refund me or give me a discount whenever I go back, I will be calling corporate to complain cause at 7.77,and now as of March 30th 2025 suddenly, it's 8.64 for the two Everest cups of snow,and not only was there color in one of them,but it was a hair as well, I've got bookoo ice chests stacked up in my garage from purchases with them,and I don't appreciate how lazy and inconsiderate they've gotten over the years,I will be making a corporate complaint today cause they need to get it right the first time,I live too far to go back because they're being lazy,and I work too hard for my money to keep having to let them get away not refunding me after being too lazy to clean before preparing sno,I shouldn't see nothing but pure snow, I tell them all the time,but they clearly...

Loooooove their snocones. Tons of options. Their place is always incredibly dirty though. I get it’s a snocone place and all but they never clean. Several dozen visits later and not once have I seen them clean the dining area inside or outside. The bathrooms are equally dirty. The floor is so sticky I’ve broken several flip flops trying to walk as they stuck to the ground. Tables/chairs/floors, etc all super sticky. Napkins are usually out too.

ETA 7/24/18 to add again that the place is a mess. No toilet paper. Trash everywhere. Sticky floors. Bathroom smells like old old old old old trucker stop bathroom. I stood at the counter to let them know at 6:40pm and they looked me directly in the eye at one point or another and completely ignored me. I flagged down a young girl who and I quote “What? Bathroom again?” 😑 There is easily 7 of y’all behind the counter doing nothing. Ordered to go & one of my drinks didn’t even have the strawberry cheesecake flavor on the bottom half....it was...

My kids and I went through the drive thru today to get a treat. The one star rating is only for one reason... the young lady at the window was wearing gloves, but no mask. I asked her if the person making our order is wearing a mask and she said no. I asked if they are required to and she said no. This is VERY disappointing. Right now, food service should be wearing masks. Not only to protect customers, but also to protect themselves as they are helping the public. I did feel like the girl that handed us our order seemed a bit stand off-ish since I had asked(yes, I still kept the order as I felt bad since it was already being made, although had I known masks were not being worn we probably would have decided to not complete our order).

I hope that Bahama Buck’s will consider the health of their employees...
