Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Burleson

Oh boy, where do I even begin? The staff was friendly, but I’m not convinced they had any idea what planet they were on, much less how to make a pizza. At one point, a guy picked up a seasoning shaker, stared at it like it was an alien artifact, gave a slow “yep, this’ll do” nod, and just went for it.

The pizza? Overpriced. And here’s the kicker — they don’t even cook it for you. You get to pay full price and do all the work at home. I went for their NYXL special, which used to be amazing. Now? I’m not sure what “seasoning” mystery man put on there, but it was not great. My kids took one bite, looked at me like I was trying to poison them, and walked away.

The instructions said 425° for 12 minutes. I pulled it out at 12 minutes, and it looked like it had been through a house fire. Never in my life has pizza betrayed me like this.

Final verdict? I’m out. Next time, I’ll go to Pizza Hut or Little Caesars — at least there, the pizza comes cooked and doesn’t require a CSI investigation into...

We totally enjoy the pizza here super yummy. However, please WASH your hands while handling the food. We got food poisoning from here. how do I know it was here bc three different families in different households joined us eating this yummy pizza then all of us ended up having all the same symptoms almost a day later. Ate Friday night, late Saturday night symptoms came upon 4 of us two others live elsewhere, the next day symptoms were ok, then another three got sick. One thing we all had in common we did not have anything else that day. This won’t stop us from buying here maybe at the moment lol but I do want to make sure that the employees are continuing to wash their hands as much...

I had never been to a Papa Murphy's before and I went here on a whim tonight with my kids. To be honest, I can't even rate the food because we never got any but the service was AWFUL. The only thing I knew about this chain was that it was a 'take n' bake'. I drove up to the window and the first thing I said was I had never been here before. The girl was snarky and rude and said that I needed to "get out of the way" and I had to go park somewhere and then call in an order or order online. Seriously? It's a drive thru. And obviously I just said I had never been to one before. She could've politely explained that but instead was jerk about it. I just drove off....
