Great Wall — Restaurant in Burlington Township

We have our usual Chinese place, but we thought we'd give this one a try because it was conveniently on our way home from a service. I ordered the sezchuan tofu. My husband got vegetable chow mein and we also got a side of vegetable fried rice. The sezchuan tofu was probably the best Chinese takeout I've ever had. It wasn't too spicy to eat but had enough kick to make my sinuses clear. The fried rice was too sticky and didn't seem fried. Absolutely terrible place would not recommend at all. First off, I understand having a family run business, but it’s a bit odd that the person taking the phone calls and ringing up orders is about 8 years old. Second, we order the Szechuan Shrimp, which aside from the bland taste, was under cooked, slimy and smelled like raw shrimp. This is a family owned Chinese Restaurant and has to be some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. I grew up in NY, lived in CT for a long time, and Great Wall is tops of the list.

I even just left my wallet there on accident, and they immediately pulled it behind the counter so that when I returned it was waiting for me. There are not many places left with customer service like this.
