We visited the drive through at 5:57pm and there were 9 cars ahead of us. It took 22 minutes to arrive at the order kiosk. We placed our order efficiently and the person taking the order was pleasant and thorough. When we placed our order there were 5 cars ahead of us with orders already placed. We received our full order and correctly prepared (we did get an extra taco but I am not complaining đ) at 6:48pm almost an hour later. I was hoping that the wait would at least warrant the idea that everything would be hot and fresh but we began to eat the fries before driving away and unfortunately they were cold but the cheese sauce was screaming hot so I guess it balanced it out đ¤ˇââď¸. I did still worry about time/temperature abuse but I was super hungry. I also requested a receipt because one was not given with the return of my card nor was I asked if I wanted it and when I looked at the receipt that was given to me it actually wasnât even the receipt of my order but possibly another car in line. The receipt is not a huge deal but I like to have it in case I have to dispute a charge or prove I didnât receive the product I paid for. In this case, I really wanted to fill out the survey so your company can be informed of the 49 minute experience we had in this drive through. I chose not to express my feelings to the workers because I feel they are trying their best and actually had great attitudes. My hope is your company will take this information and consider operating adjustments to create more efficiency for your loyal customers and some sort of relief to your loyal team members.    Read moreThe last time I'll ever order from there, I place an order exactly like I want and every single time I get my food. It's like someone decides to just give the opposite. I ask for no cheese, get cheese. I ask for extra meat and cheese on my nachos, I get even less than what normally comes on it. I'm a very patient and nice person, but whomever runs this taco bell needs either fired or needs to actually train the employees, I've never dealt with so much incompetence when it comes to getting a single order done.
No I'm not bringing it back, no I don't want your coupons and definitely don't want it replaced.
It went in the trash, and I'll never be back, this is just so everyone who reads this will know just how trash it is. 40 dollars spent and only half of my food is even edible, and I'm cleaning puke off my table from my child who can't have cheese.

The food is very good and the menu selections are varied and are quite tasty. if you are in a hurry to get home going through the drive-thru is a pleasure because the cars keep moving as quickly as they can with people taking packages home to eat. Though it is not a high-end restaurant of Mexican style, it is a very good fast food place. There's food for everyone whether it's kids to adults and everyone will find something which will be a reasonable meal.
