âââââ 5/5 - Fantastic Airport Cafe Experience in Trenton, South Carolina!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Airport Cafe (formerly Airport Grill) in Trenton, South Carolina, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish! This family-run restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can't wait to share my wonderful experience with you.
To begin with, the location is excellent, and the cafe boasts a nice, large parking lot right out front. This made my visit stress-free, knowing that parking wouldn't be an issue. As soon as I stepped inside, I noticed how immaculate and well-maintained the entire establishment was. From the restaurant's interior to the spotless bathroom, the cleanliness of the place made me feel immediately comfortable and at ease.
The highlight of my visit was, without a doubt, the delicious breakfast they served. Everything was cooked to order, and the attention to detail was evident in each dish. It's rare to find such a personalized touch in today's cafes, but the Airport Cafe definitely sets itself apart in this regard.
As a lunch and dinner spot, the menu offered an impressive array of mouthwatering choices. I decided to try their hand-patted hamburgers, and they did not disappoint! The quality of the beef and the care taken in preparing it were evident in every bite. The fact that they cut the potatoes in-house for the french fries was a testament to their commitment to serving fresh and top-notch food. They have crinkle cut fries in seasoned fries and other French fries. They also have somet fantastic cake choices that are homemade. And i almost forgot they have an ice cream counter, with many great choices and a homemade milkshake machine!
The Airport Cafe truly embodies the essence of a family-run restaurant, and it shows in the kitchen's excellent creations. Every dish that came out looked fantastic, and it was clear that a lot of love and passion go into their culinary creations.
But it's not just the food that makes this place special; the staff deserves a special mention as well. The entire team was friendly, warm, and welcoming, creating an atmosphere that felt like eating with friends and family. Their attentive service added to the overall positive dining experience.
If I had one regret, it would be that I don't live closer to the Airport Cafe. I would love to explore more of their menu and enjoy their delightful dishes regularly.
In conclusion, if you find yourself in Trenton, South Carolina, or passing through the airport, make sure to stop by the Airport Cafe. You won't be disappointed! From their amazing breakfast offerings to their scrumptious lunch and dinner choices, and the friendly staff that makes you feel right at home, this restaurant truly deserves all the praise....
Read moreOur 1st and last visit here and the fries were okay . The chicken sandwich was a frozen patty not as described in the menu..(battered and fried) The Philly steak sandwich was like roast beef deli meat not hot at all. The corn nuggets were good, and for 4 of us to eat was almost $80.. when I asked for a recipe, she said that she would have to write it up?? There was a line, so I didn't want to hold up the line. When I tried to call and speak with a manager, it was a busy signal for about 30 minutes.. Oh,and don't expect to pay what their menu price is because it is wrong!!! You are suppose to read one of the many signs on the door and states the menus don't reflect the price you will pay!! SO I GUESS IT IS A SURPRISE AT CHECK OUT! This place is a joke, and the guy manager is extremely rude and doesn't take a complaint to heart .he will argue with you and tell you that everything they cook is perfect! We will not be back at all.. very .misleading menu, etc!! The manager stated that's why they put a sign on the door because the menu don't reflect the true prices! Why can't you afford to get new menus? Or at least put a sign on the table that lets everyone know ! It is because you take advantage of people and it has been working for you! What a crook! Who looks at the many signs on...
Read moreI read the reviews, and this place sounded like it was worth a try. The exterior of the establishment is simple. The interior is nice and clean with a few seating options, nothing fancy, but very comfortable. The service was fast and friendly! The menu has some good options. We ordered the burgers and fries. The burgers were EXCELLENT. The crinkle fries with chili & cheese were good. The chili is on the tomatoey side, not spicy, but tasty none the less. We will be back to try the breakfast. Dale and Marquise, talked with us for a bit sharing some history. Thanks Dale and Marquise for a great first experience. We will be back. We can see this being our go to place when I don't feel...
