It is always a delight when you come across a gem of a food service operation when you least expect it. Google maps took us the back route through Burnside, Ky. on our way from Cincinnati to Crossville Tn. We were tired and hungry. My wife found this spot on google. Stopped in and were told it was a 30 minute wait, not surprising as it was 8 p.m. on a Friday evening. Worth the wait. I've been in food service 45 years. This is how you run great restaurant. Fresh ingredients, great server with fun, personable, and enthusiastic personality. Made us feel welcomed. Owners came by several times to check on us. Place was clean. Sad! The place needs to know what priority is!!! Horrible customer service! Waited an hour for a pizza! Simple order! Nothing a different server than ours took our pizza and served it to different customers! They told us that they were remaking our order! 40 minutes went by and no food! Our server came to our table and told us that door dash was made before our pizza that they had already given to other customers was just going into the oven! One, if you make a mistake make sure the customer is appreciated! Two of you mess up a customer's order you make that order rushed for the sake of avoiding this mess in now! Great food, very friendly waitstaff. However, make sure you tell someone when you’re using the restroom… after a long day I took my 4 year old and I here to try it out for lunch. He said the BBQ Chicken pizza was some of the best BBQ pizza he’s had, so there is that!

He had to use the bathroom, so I took him, and not even 2 minutes in the restroom with my son and we came back to our plates and drinks stacked on top of our pizza… like ON our food… I’m sure it’s not the usual but it was a bit unsettling coming back to our table and finding everything stacked on top of our pizza.
