The one at Broncos crossing leaves much to be desired. Our iced coffees tasted like water. The one waitress was rude and charged us $2 extra dollars to add an espresso shot and another pump of flavoring; just to make it take like coffee. After being charged, a second waitress came out from the back and said "I just tasted the coffee, and I agree it is very watery. " she offered to remake our coffees, but it would be 5 minutes to brew the pot. In the mean time, the rude waitress would not let her refund our $2 extra dollars it cost to fix the original one. I said " forget it, you just charged me to fix a bad order and wont refund the extra money you charged me to make it correctly". I caught the rude lately flipping me off as I walked...

It's location is scenic.. historical. Off the highway and situated in the perfect place. Far enough away from the busy.. yet close enough to many businesses.
My sister and I have been making it a routine to get coffee here. After all, it's DUNKIN'. A traditional and brand since as long as remembered. Rich and robust... Also they're more than just donuts... Of which they offer a tempting assortment. They have quite a variety on the menu.
The service ... Friendly.. and cheerful. I find when my sister and I dine... The place is bright and at times busy. Positive.
The parking generous. Easy drive in and exit.

Read moreIt always amazes that the workers there can't even seem to get simple orders right. I place my orders online, which usually amounts to about $30.00 worth of stuff between breakfast sandwiches and drinks for my family and I, and request for pickup in the drive-thru. However, it never fails, that I drive up to the window, they hand me the drinks, then walk away like that's that. Then they're looking at you with a questionable look on their face, they reopen the window, when at that point I have to ask for the food I ordered. Really??!! They can't even follow...
