Fresh Pita — Restaurant in Burrillville

I don’t live in town, but I do work there. My route doesn’t take me by many healthy options and my alternative is to eat fried food or make an extra stop after getting fuel. FreshPita is a BreatheofFreshAir. All of their food is wrapped and stored properly. The dolmas (which I ate both cold and hot) were delicious. The falafel salad was outstanding! To have such a diverse option of fresh, Greek flavors in a small town, with the convenience of being located at the largest fuel hub in said town, this food stop is sure to thrive. I placed my order, walked outside to pump my fuel, and came back inside the store. My food was ready about 2 minutes after I walked back in. Convenience without the sacrifice of quality. Impressive.

I hope to watch their success grow in a town so heavily focused on small businesses. The owner is very friendly, and enthusiastic to be there. His staff is capable, detail oriented, and willingly offers service with a smile.

Met a friend for lunch. While we were pondering the many options we were asked if this was our first time. The owner gave us a generous small plate of chicken and beef shawarma and two sauces. Everything was so good. I opted for the chicken shawarma pita with a little of each sauce. Perfection: it was not drowning in sauce and there was plenty of meat and greens. My friend also got the hummus and chips and said that they were so good. There are three tables in the front of the store (it is located in the Village building behind the Sunoco gas station on Chapel St. in Harrisville) so it is more of a take out place...

Yum! So glad this place is finally open. It's great to have a new type of cuisine in town. The food here is delicious. I tried the beef shawarma wrap at the location in Greenville, and honestly wasn't impressed. I ordered the same thing here, and for whatever reason, it was just so much better!

They give you huge portions- I got my wrap for lunch, and had the rest for dinner. Amazing value for the price. Clean and tidy, with friendly workers. I'm looking forward to trying new things...
