UPDATE Spring 2022. -5 STARS Sunday brunch is terrific with homemade breads and breakfasts from scratch! These folks know how to cook! Try the Quesodilla!! Our server, Ryan was excellent and professional, as is the entire staff. UPDATE- STILL 5 STARS We are just exiting the Omicron spike and I am so happy that the Waterfall has made it through! Once again, it's crowded on the weekend and full of happy diners. It's been 2 years since we've been here. We ordered take-out quesadillas- the Southwest and the Chicken-ranch. Both were deliciously prepared kept hot in our take out bag. Waterfall- is still a great spot! FIRST TIMERS: we were here at the Waterfall Cafe on a Sunday during the height of the busy "brunch" crowd. The breakfast menu is varied and imaginative. The food itself was fantastic! (See the photos of a huge lumberjack omelet and a breakfast quesadilla). Food service was a bit slow, probably due to the crowd. The owner was on premise and making sure things were going well- a great sign! Prices are very reasonable. The crowd was very relaxed and full of regulars. I highly recommend for a nice leisurely weekend breakfast.

I’m not the type of person to write a bad review because as a business owner I understand how poorly it looks having people speak negatively about your business.... however it’s time to say something. My wife and I have dined in and also have gotten take out roughly 10 times over the past 6 months. To say the least it’s been TERRIBLE! The first few times it was bad I figured maybe they’re doing something different or just having an off day but this trend continued and I will NEVER eat dinner or breakfast here again. Whether it be undercooked, overcooked, thrown together or have absolutely no flavor whatsoever and my favorite.... waiting over an hour for breakfast which consisted of eggs and home fries. I could keep going with the complaints.... it’s unacceptable and nothing has been done about it. I hope this helps you make your decision whether or not to eat here. This place is going down hill because at one point we actually enjoyed it.

Party of six had dinner around 7 on a cold Saturday evening. The restaurant was about 50 % occupied so we were seated right away. The interior was dark and nicely decorated with a cocktail theme. Our waitperson was friendly and attentive, we started with martinis, I had the hottini, others had a pistachio martini, jolly rancher martini and a pear martini. All were delicious. We all had French onion soup (1 bowl and 5 cups) the serving size was big and served hot. Dinner included fish and chips with coleslaw, Ahi tuna, and southwest blackened chicken salad. The fish was nicely cooked and flaky, the fries were a bit soggy but the coleslaw had a nice hint of horseradish. The salad an tuna were good and portions were enough to share. Overall we enjoyed the atmosphere and food, and will definitely be back

From their About page, on their website: "...There are no strangers, only friends we haven't met yet"?!?! They certainly seem to have a bizarre way of showing it! Am disgusted by what occurred at this restaurant this evening. We came from out of state, to attend a brief meeting. The drive was very long, and being unfamiliar with the area, we were unable to locate a gas station or donut shop before reaching our destination. My disabled mother needed a brief restroom break, so I drove up to the restaurant. Walking in slowly with her cane, she said that she had approached a male attendant, and he rudely and abruptly refused her access to the restroom, claiming that they were "unavailable to the public"....So, she left. This restaurant's staff clearly has a long way to go, in terms of learning what "makes a customer feel comfortable"...or welcome! After our meeting, we had planned to return to get something to eat - Obviously, we changed that plan quickly! We may have just been two customers - and I'm sure they aren't hurting for business - but they might want to reconsider their treatment of their fellow human beings. Aside from the matter of losing business, they may be in the same boat someday, and am sure they wouldn't appreciate such...

Extremely disappointed in my first experience at Waterfall cafe. Made Mother’s Day Brunch reservations weeks ago and had numerous reminders/confirmations. When we arrived my party of 3 and party 4 in front of me were told that the restaurant was overbooked by opentable and they only had bar seating available. The hostess and manager were extremely rude and said it was”wasn’t her problem” and essentially we were lucky to not be turned away (evidently they had to cancel many parties, I wish they had called to nordy me in advance). Given that it’s Mother’s Day, I figured we couldn’t get seating elsewhere, so we decided to stay. We had 11:00AM reservations (and were told we’d need to wait until 1:30 for a table or take bar seating). We sat at the bar waiting over an hour for a bland and undercooked breakfast. I have never waited so long for eggs and French toast. Not to mention that there were open tables the entire time my party and the other party spent seated at the bar. Will not be returning. The only pleasant staff member was the poor bartender who took the brunt of disgruntled customers who were forced into bar seating. Poor service, bad food, rude staff, not worth the trip, especially for a...

I am a regular customer and I would recommend this place for great food and service however my experience tonight was horrible. I come in from Boston and, apparently, tonight there was some sort of Birthday party so the dining area was kind of crowded so I took a seat at the bar. The party was extremely loud and obnoxious --- clearly these people were hammered. No problem, I met a friend, sat at the bar and ordered dinner. The drunks infiltrated the bar area and now were not only screaming in the dining room but yelling in the bar and into the dining room dropping F bombs right and left with kids in the dining area. The establishment continued to serve them with reckless abandon. Others came in ordered dinner, got their meal boxed and left also commenting how loud and rude this party was. I had a roaring headache and my friend and I asked for boxes for our meal so we could get out of there as the bartender continued to serve the drunks. The pitch of the screaming was unbearable. It was not cool at all. I was mortified that this was allowed to happen in what I thought was a fine establishment. I will think twice...
