Western Hotel & Pizza — Restaurant in Burrillville

I have to tell you, all the food is awesome. My family and I order from here often. I play in a hockey league twice a week and alot of the league members look forward to going to the Western afterwards, wether we win or lose. The restaurant and bar in great to unwind with all the league players, have a couple drinks and eat some pizza and and wings. All the food is fantastic but hockey night is pizza and wings, LOL. Get the pepperoni well done, I love it, this is not fast food pizza, one pizza can feed a family of 3 to 4, just so you know. It gets busy some times on the "hockey" nights when we are there but the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate everyone, sometimes the server is alone in the bar by herself, tending to the tables and the bar because the kitchen staff is overwhelmed from all the ordering, in the restaurant and take out yet they all make everyone feel welcome. Particularly Jessica, who works there almost every time we are there. Thank you to the staff and owners for making our nights even more...

This used to be one of my favorite places for the mozzarella sticks and cheese pizza until I found a long piece of hair sticking out of my pizza box before I even opened it and then 1 week later (to the day Monday 3/8/21 to Monday 3/15/21) there was another hair on my friend's grinder. Well low and behold I've never been back and never will go back. Normally I wouldn't have given it a second chance but I figured it can happen once but definitely not twice in within the same week!!! Believe me I've ordered from here all the time at least once a week and sometimes twice a week!!! I don't understand how this could happen especially twice in the same week.. Never ever again will I get food or eat anything from the Western Hotel & Pizza... My original review was a great one but I knew that it should be...

I ordered a steak dinner with fries and veggies as well as a small buffalo pizza. I asked for the steak to be well done but when I got the meal, the fries seemed to be more "well done" than the meat. Nice and dark and soggy. I would've been lenient about the sogginess if they were cooked properly, as this was delivery, but honestly they were inedible. The steak was burnt. The pizza I had asked for extra buffalo sauce on it and a side of blue cheese for dipping but instead i just got a pizza covered in chicken with no sauce and no blue cheese. There was also no utensils although it was prompted and selected during the ordering process. Overall not a great experience. Probably won't order from here again. Positive not, the delivery driver was very polite and nice...
