I recently had the absolute pleasure of dining at Four Blooms and let me just say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and sophistication from the host(I did not catch her name). The beautiful martini bar immediately caught my eye, and I knew I was in for a delightful evening. The ambiance of this place is simply mesmerizing. The lighting sets the perfect mood - not too bright, not too dim - creating an atmosphere that is both cozy and elegant. The attention to detail in the décor is apparent, with tasteful touches that enhance the overall dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food. Oh. My. Goodness. Every dish that graced my table was a culinary masterpiece. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and each bite was a journey of taste and texture. The chef's creativity was evident in every plate, and I found myself savoring each morsel with delight. But what truly made this dining experience exceptional was Chrysta, the waitress who served me. She was not only knowledgeable about the menu, but she also took the time to understand my preferences and helped me choose the best dishes suited to my taste. Her recommendations were spot-on, and I am truly grateful for her guidance. The service throughout the evening was impeccable. The Chrysta was attentive, professional, and always there when I needed anything. Her genuine smiles and friendly demeanor added to the overall positive experience. She truly made me feel welcome and cared for as a guest. Whether you are looking for a romantic night out or a place to celebrate a special occasion, this restaurant is an absolute gem. The beautiful martini bar, the great lighting, and the nice atmosphere all contribute to an incredible dining experience. And with the help of their wonderful waitresses/waiters who have a talent for suggesting the best dishes, you are in for a night of culinary bliss. I can confidently give this restaurant a resounding 5-star review. It has left an indelible mark on my palate and my heart. I highly recommend that you delight your senses and visit this establishment. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you!

Had dinner here on a Saturday night, it was beautiful outside we were very afraid that there would be a table so we called ahead and who ever answered the phone said they dont take reservation for the deck, well when we got there there so many open tables at 6:pm thats a good thing for us but a bad thing for the restaurant. So we order our first round of drinks i had a beer and she had a cocktail it was fill with so much ice that 3 sips the drink was gone. Thats supper disappointment she she order something else and the drink came out the same way. When we looked at the menu i noticed it was not the same menu as them inside i was also disappointed about that. It was more sandwi h and selected items off the real menu. There was a table next to us got some kinda special treatment they got 2 menus and got to pick from the restaurant and deck menus which i though that was supper unfair. Me and my girlfriend cane here to eat and drink well Not to have a lousy burger and sear tuna that i can make at home. I do not think i will come back dont see a big deal The food and entrees that were offer were just mediocre The service as was the same, i also though it was jinda werid that they had a DJ playing music during dinner. He kept junping around his music selection. Its okay place to grab a bite to eat if youe in a pitch

I came here in celebration of two good friends renewing their vows. From what I could see of the outer shell of this restaurant it seemed to have an interesting party atmosphere which was very laid back. However, our group had a reserved room deeply hidden behind the bar and restaurant. We had a beautiful hall, buffet table, waiters to our call, and of course a very happy bride. I can't say anything about the experience on the bar/restaurant side, however, the time I had privately with my group was fantastic. I will come again.

My husband and I had visited Four Blooms on Valentines Day. We were so excited because it was our first time back since the pandemic had begun and we loved their food and always spoke highly about it to others. The wait staff was very kind and attentive and I have no complaints about them! Giving flowers out to patrons was also a sweet touch. Our waitress was incredibly sweet and super personable! We were shown to our table and given bread, this is truthfully where we should have known things would go south. The bread was two stale dinner rolls, not even warmed. Truthfully, they looked store bought, but we didn’t think much of it. It’s only bread and we had wonderful food there before. We enjoyed our appetizer of crabbed stuffed mushrooms, but that was about it. My husband ordered the Cajun steak bites from their Valentines Day menu and they were very inconsistent. One would think that it would be a steak cut into pieces cooked in sauce…. They seemed to be more of steak scraps. Uncertain if this is how they minimize kitchen waste, but there were maybe four decent bites of steak that were medium well and the rest were over cooked pieces of steak that were tough and had a lot of fat on them. I had the salmon Wellington. This seemed to have no seasoning, though it was advertised to be well seasoned. It was simply a piece of salmon, covered in spinach and wrapped in puff pastry. Aside from the three staple ingredients that you could taste, it was basically flavorless. I think what caught us most by surprise was the desserts. We opted to have our desserts to go. I ordered the peanut butter pie and my husband ordered the chocolate lava cake. The peanut butter pie was okay. Though, when we got home, we realized they never gave us the side of ice cream for the lava cake and to top it all off, the lava cake, is a websturaunt (or similar) pre-made dessert ordered by the case. We were genuinely so shocked by how our experience with the food at Four Blooms was. It is not the same as it was about 2-3 years ago and I have no idea if it’s a change of staff, but it is nowhere near the quality that it once was, which is very unfortunate because we used to...

Full disclosure - went on opening night, so I want to give Four Blooms as much room as possible, with the understanding that they're still working out the kinks. With that being said...

If you went to Theodora's, it's basically that visually. Yes, there some changes. But you still walk in and there's the steps up to the check in counter, which I hate. Still the wall straight ahead, so you don't see anything. The room to the right is still a small box with two windows with zero to look at. The bar is still in the same spot. The decor is not updated at all. I'm not an interior decorator, but the inside seems to be styled for a 50+ year old, not anyone younger or families, for that matter. With that being said...

Who, outside of a handful of people in Drums/Hazleton, is paying for this? Entrees in the $40 range? Appetizers for $16? The salads are reasonable with price, but I had the BLTA salad and there was zero flavor. The woman at another table remarked how her salad had no dressing. Now back to the chef being new, I'm going to give him a pass on this review. I thought the calamari was a little undercooked, but liked the topping sauce. Portions were small. I thought the menu had zero direction.

And that leads to my two star rating. I felt the menu had no direction, the decor overall was an old-style feel and boring. (Venting moment - if you're going to charge those prices and have cloth tablecloths, great, but you should iron/steam them and not look like you just opened them up out of the bag and threw them on the table). Staff was nervous and friendly, which is why I'm giving it two.

Bottom line, went opening night and won't be going back for awhile until I hear it improves either in price or quality. I'll pay the prices, if it's worth it. Right now, absolutely not worth it. I hope to change this review before they end up closing, which will happen if this is the...
