This is off OFF the beaten path. Google nav did a terrible job getting me there, but did get the directions back to the highway spot on. It was a scenic long secluded drive there. Then you arrive at this Italian Pizzaria and Ice cream shop. Definitely the place the locals go after working hard, and fill come to. The large gravel lot was pretty full, but had space for a few more. The staff was pleasant and got me samples which I dug into while allowing a family to jump ahead. I really liked the location, people, town, but the ice cream killed me. First, ice cream should not be neon colors, this is almost always a full stop, but I made the grave error of sampling teaberry hand scooped. When the young lady stared far off and then said , "I can't describe it, you'll have to try it." I should have run away. I thought doing a shot of orange cream soft service would wash it away, but to no avail. I couldn't get beyond that mix of strangely paired flavors even after gargling so I didn't get any ice cream.
