McDonald's — Restaurant in Byesville

I had only ordered 20pc nugget, a large fresh fry, large sweet tea and 3 cheeseburgers. I pulled up they asked me to pull up into a parking spot they were waiting on my food. I again said please can I have fresh fries. I assumed I was waiting on nuggets but actually when they brought me the food the fries were cold, and my daughter said there was only about two of the 20 nuggets that were hot. They had totally forgot the cheeseburgers. So I called in I talk to a manager Malinda whom I thought handled everything very well. I explain to her I also worked in fast food, that I didn’t order no salt fries just to get them fresh that’s why I asked for them to be fresh! If someone has to wait on their food then We give them it all fresh, where I work! (Example would be: if they only needed five more chicken nuggets to complete the 20 piece, we give them all 20 nuggets fresh and fresh fries to go with it!) The 3 cheeseburgers weren’t even in the bag. When I spoke with her she understood, she apologized and she agreed that everything should’ve been fresh. She told me come back and they would replace it. I go back to get the replacement food today, assuming my name was wrote down with everything to correct their bad. They give me a 20 piece nugget and a large fry. I still didn’t get the cheeseburgers and this time I didn’t even get the tea. We rarely come to this McDonald’s because of the incompetence that we have experienced time and time again here. So much to the fact that I went through measures to leave this review! If the managers aren’t even competent enough to do their job then the employees...

The Byesville Ohio McDonald's is just about the worst ever. Went there for lunch on Friday 11-2-18. There were two of us and we waited well over 12 minutes for our meal. The store was not busy and I walked up to the counter twice to inquire about our food. They finally brought it to the table without so much as and I'm sorry. Now it's Tuesday 11-6-18 election day. Driving home from the poles we decided to stop for an ice cream cone. Waited in line at the drive-up, got up to the speaker and ordered two ice cream cones and two drinks. The young man on the speaker said there was no ice cream this was 1:30 in the afternoon. When I inquired as to why he said you can order ice cream right now, I said okay forget it. With Orr's and Razor's closed McDonald's pretty much has the market cornered. We drove into Cambridge and went to Wendy's and ordered a Frosty. I actually forgot how much I really like frosties. I guess rather than wasting my time at the McDonald's in Byesville I might as well just drive into Cambridge and...

So, I know McRibs are seasonal, but, I have had two from the Byesville Ohio McDonalds and both sucked. The first one was very dry with hardly any BBQ sauce. The second was today, order a McRib and a 1.00 coke. I was on the road so it was an out side order. First the young lady taking my money didn't say word till I said thank you! Not at all a friendly person. Second and it gets better. I received my order in time and the lady at the window looked and shuttled around for the order. She gave it to me and my Come had somehow turned into a sweet tea and my McRib somehow ended up on a quarter pounder bun with half of the meat, onions and pickles hanging off outside the bun. What poor service, how hard is it? You have one nob and screw it up. I hope you aren't some of the people wanting 15 bucks and hour. That was barely 3 bucks an...
