Plus 1 Pizza — Restaurant in Byesville

I've been eating Plus One since I was a kid. It's always been good. Sometimes I feel like they skimp on the toppings whenever I use one of my rewards though. Every time I get a stromboli using a reward it only has meat and toppings in the two middle pieces and the sides are just bread. My biggest issue now is how expensive it has become. They used to offer decent paper coupons but now they aren't that great. The pick 2 for $5.99 kept gradually going up and now it's pick 2 for $9.25. When some of those items being offered for the deal is cheaper when buying it straight off the menu by itself. For example, a small cheesy bread is $7.95 on the menu, but for that specific deal it's $9.25. How does that make sense? I get it all places need to make money and have price increases but plus one has increased their prices more than other places.

*8/12/22 - I just tried ordering again. Had a reward for a free small 3 topping pizza. It had hardly any banana peppers or ham on it. Every time I get something using a reward, they skimp on the toppings. I think they either changed suppliers or their recipe cause the crust was terrible. It was the worst I've ever had. Update: a different manager called me the next day and apologized. She gave us all of our money back. Still upset about the way I was treated but I will probably eat here again now. They do have the best Stromboli around.

What a waste of money. Ordered from the one in Caldwell for years and the second time I’ve ordered from this one in Byesville we found hair. We understood but were also disgusted and naturally wanted our money back. They would not refunded our card and only store credit so my husband agreed to a new pizza even though we were hesitant after finding a hair. The exterior is very bland But the interior is very cool like A old Italian restaurant. Awesome aesthetic! The pizza was great; Crust that was not super thick and it was great flavor.
