The food here is PHENOMENAL! It is no exaggeration whatsoever to say that this is the BEST burger joint I have ever had the pleasure of finding. First off, the customer service here is above and beyond. The staff here are pleasant to conversate with, have great manners and are eagerly attentive to their customers. Genuine Southern hospitality can be found here. The portions are beyond generous. The burger patties are THICK THICK and grilled to perfection. There is a heavenly smokieness to the beef that is reminiscent of slow smoked BBQ ribs and it is something magical. The fries have a wonderful seasoning blend that is crave-worthy. Proper onion rings ara a must for me, and theirs DID NOT disappoint. The rotel add on is a MUST here!! We added some to our burger and dipped our fries and onion rings in the rest, and I am telling you right now, you could pour that stuff on cardboard and you'd have yourself a fine meal. The homemade ranch dressing they make (though thinner than the bottled ranch) had a savory flavor profile that makes it truly special. As far as dessert, they knocked it completely out of the park too. Their brownie bowl will fill the void the old Sonic hot fudge cake Sunday use to fill, it's fantastic and chock full of dreamy fudge. And the eggnog shake is superb. All in all, this place is a local treasure trove. If you are even thinking about getting burgers, ice cream or onion rings soon, look no further, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Nothing here was less than PERFECT (and we took ours to go, didn't get to eat it until it had gone cold, AND stood in line in the rain to order and STILL had ZERO complaints and would do it again anytime). There aren't enough stars to rate them properly. They get 100/100 from my family of true blue food snobs. If Little Moo's doesn't impress you, you simply aren't capable of...
Read moreBe prepared for a small wait ... This isnt your typical fast food / truck vendor- they make everything to order when ordered an while their menu is small, its quite enough. Nice walk up/patio sit down atmosphere. Parking is a little more to the rear. Be careful not to park in spaces allocated to apartment tennants next door. Off the beaten path so be careful not to miss this new little gem. Staff is always friendly and know that saving room for desert is gonna be hard cause they give you a good serving size for a hearty "unbutton your jeans" kinda meal. When you park, be prepared for the mouth watering aroma that comes from the kitchen. After coming back the next day to try their desert menu (brownie sundae) , the creamy soft serve was fantastic, although, nothing too special for the price but not saying it wasnt worth the treat. Only thing that could make this more enjoyable would be a little music playing. No drive thru but it makes the experience worthwhile and gives a local genuine laidback feel . This place reminds me of a much newer "The Dip" (in Hernando). Not as many ice cream options as the dip, but can easily see this being the local hangout spot in the future if the local residents and passers by can give this new place a chance and keep it goin .... Once they reach their prime, im sure the menu will be even more extensive. Make sure to be careful when u get your food- hot and fresh off the grill is an understatement. Ill be coming back to this place for sure. Great spot after a little league game if youre looking for somewhere to celebrate your win...
Read moreI visit this location only occasionally when I’m in the area from Memphis, which is why it’s so disappointing to be treated in such a disrespectful and aggressive manner. The young women working the window have a habit of slamming it shut if you try to politely correct an order.
This time, they messed up my order, and when I finally got it, there was barely any hot fudge or pecans almost no toppings at all compared to the large amount of ice cream in the cup. When I said I didn’t want cherries or peanuts, they acted offended. For all they know, I could have a food allergy.
After eating, I ended up feeling sick all day, which made me wonder if my food had been tampered with something I probably wouldn’t have thought if they had handled the situation respectfully instead of slamming the window and talking over me in a loud, fast, and aggressive manner.
Everyone comes from different walks of life, and in some environments, that kind of behavior could easily be taken as a threat. I often try to encourage young women to carry themselves with humility and respect—because not everyone will just “turn the other cheek” and walk away.
Almost $10 for a dessert that barely had toppings, poor customer service, and now feeling unwell all day—this experience was unacceptable. I truly hope management addresses both the service and the attitude...
