I don't even know where to begin here. I sat in the drive thru line for 17 minutes, 3 cars ahead of me, before pulling up to order. I sat there an additional 3 minutes before anybody came to the com to say "thank you for your wait, in the meantime, please take a look at your menu and we'll be right with you". I placed my coffee order... she had to ask me twice to repeat myself. I asked for 2 different donuts that were on the menu. After the second, she mentioned that they don't have those anymore as that's their summer menu. Then why is the sign still out? She mentioned they are doing their fall menu. I asked what fruity donuts they have and she started by mentioning a maple flavor then death by chocolate. I ordered an apple donut and was told to pull ahead for my total. I sat at the window for 4 minutes before anybody came to collect payment. She opened the window and simply gave me my total... no greeting, nothing. She handed me my donut and told me my coffee will be right up. I look in the bag and there's no napkin. These are messy, sticky donuts. Should we have to request napkins? I was then handed my coffee, again without a word from the employee. I asked for a napkin and she acted like it was a major inconvenience. After all this, I still said thank you and have a nice day.
My coffee order was wrong. I asked for very little to no ice and got a full cup. I asked for an extra shot of espresso and got none. I asked for a small and got and paid for a medium.
I would like to mention that I feel part of the reason for the extremely slow service is the employee taking orders, who I believe was the manager, was mopping the floor at the same time. This is probably the major factor to why I had to repeat my order and why my order was wrong. Clearly she can't multitask. Regardless, the professionalism was far from mediocre at best.
I won't be back. This was my very first visit and definitely the last. The line of cars isn't because it's so busy due to great business. It's due to employees moving at a snails pace and not putting 100% into their customers....
Read moreSo I went into this Dunkin location for the first time yesterday to buy 2 dozen donuts. I was told they probably didn't have enough in the case for 2 dozen but they had some fresh donuts coming out soon. So I asked for a dozen donuts variery that i didnt even choose. They just came out with a box. When I got to my truck and looked in the box there want much variety. It was just a bunch of sprinkled donuts with a few glazed donuts and a few chocolate glazed donuts..meh.. I guess I couldn't complain too much because thery werent for me (for our residents). I also settled for a box of 25 donut holes (variety) which was cool. They tasted good. It was super busy when I went inside not sure if it was because of the National Donut Day or because of the large group of teens in front of me. I thought it was a nice place and atmosphere was nice and menu looked great. I decided to give it a try today and go through the drive thru. Service was great but the Iced Turtle coffee was okay. Not sure I will order it again. Only complaint was my bagel was a bit burnt and skimpy on the cream cheese. It didn't taste that great when I bit into either. I wish I could take a pic. I do plan on returning to try a refresher because they looked so good on the menu. Staff was nice both times I went oh and the cheese and ham crossiant...

The staff is always attentive and efficient, ensuring quick and accurate order fulfillment, unlike the Jenison location on Chicago Drive. This morning, due to travel constraints, I was forced to use the Chicago Drive location's drive-thru, which resulted in an unacceptable delay. I opted to pick up my online order inside, specifying a frozen coffee with four extra pumps of caramel. Instead, I received a vanilla bean Coolatta and encountered rudeness when I corrected the error. Furthermore, the extra caramel pumps were omitted. Consequently, I visited my preferred Byron Center location, where I was immediately greeted and, after explaining the situation, offered a complimentary correction with a sincere apology.
