Me and my wife has been wanted to try this small Mexican place for weeks. Finally, we had a chance to stop by. I categorized the review in 3 sections. This review is not only for the new customers, but also we want the management to take notice so they can make the experiences better. We got a big community and we always support small businesses. So please read the review and take actions accordingly. Customer Service: my experience was bad, may be because of the communication gaps. The lady cashier was young and definitely had attitude. It took me 1 minute or two to explain what I really wanted. In the price section , I’ll explain what went wrong. If you want to serve al types of community, I would recommend hiring someone who can easily communicate in English specially for the people who are pescatarians and vegetarians. Price: Please look at the picture. Four tacos, 1 quesadilla and drink cost me 43.44$. I’m okay with that if you don’t charge me incorrectly. Please see the highlighted lines in the picture. Both shrimp and fish tacos weren’t charged as stated in the menu. Also, what is ‘Non cash Adj’? This is a fraud and definitely not acceptable. It can be a mistake but make sure it doesn’t happen again. These kind of occurrences will not stay put to public. Food: This is the main part of any restaurant review. We absolutely love the food. Food is top notch, the sauce, the flavors, the freshness is on point. This is why I gave two stars. I’ll definitely come back and possibly 1 day change the review yo 5 star and also spread it around my community. But the Price and Customer Service need to be better. Good...

I think it’s ironic how there’s signs all over their establishment talking about treating employees with respect, no foul language, etc etc. When the employees themselves don’t treat customers well.

I don’t know if this is due to employees having a bad encounter in the past but just because they’ve had a bad customer or a few, doesn’t mean all customers are bad.

I say this because every-time I have gone (it has been for pick up orders) the people who have cashed me (relatively young from 17-22? male & female) both exhibit POOR customer service. No welcome in any shape or form. No communication of any kind. No kind facial expressions. Just “Name? Card or cash?” & that’s it. I don’t expect a full on conversation, but it’s obvious that these people need more training on customer service. I find the food great, but this is enough to have me not come here again, & spread the words to others who also come here. Kills the mood to see such unhappy people giving me my food. Every-time I call to place an order too they don’t lead the conversations, don’t say “Welcome to…” NOTHING!! This is not how you run a good food...

I have been going to this place since they opened, I used to always see the owners when I came in, and the food was great and fresh. For the last couple of months, I have noticed the food was a little different, and today was terrible, I’ll tell you, is the last time I buy food there. The rice was obviously a couple days old, dry and flavor was totally off, the “salsa” for the chips was just bland tomato sauce, my chicken quesadilla, I would love to know who put the cheese and chicken on, and then I would like to know who took it off… it was so sad, even the limes where depressing, old and dry, to the verge of rotten, you can tell they have been cut for a couple of days. And finally me and my family are big fans of Horchata, and we really really like theirs, but today again was so bad, very watered down it didn’t even looked right. I really hope is just a bad day and they are still doing good food, but unfortunately it’s not worth for my to risk it to pay $80-100 a meal and have to throw away more...

Very little place with probably the best Mexican food I've had. They started us with chips and salsa. The taco's were fantastic and filling. More food than one guy needs. My lunch came with rice, beans a grilled chilli pepper, 3 lime slices 3 steak tacos. Not beef burger but tender steak and sauteed onions. Topped with one of 2 house made sauces. Now for the price. $9.99 plus tax. How can you go wrong. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you poncho's They just upped there prices but that took the pepper away. They used to send in the meal. Bummer I miss the hot pepper. Please bring it back.
