Surely an excellent dining experience short of the right wine to pair the fish with. Great service. The Malanga (cocoyam) mash was deliciously well seasoned and perfectly mashed. Great companion to the Mero w criollo onnion sauce. Short of the right white wine to match, had no sauvignon blanc, settled with a decent chardonnay which complimemted the fish pretty well. Mi prometido y yo fuimos a comer el domingo 10 de agosto y nos atendió una mesera, que no recuerdo el nombre, pero su servicio fue de EXCELENCIA. La chica muy amable y servicial, explicó las especialidades del chef y el resto del menú con mucha paciencia y conocimiento. Yo me sentía mal del estómago y solo me apetecía una sopa, la cual no tenían en el menú. La chica se fue a otros niveles de servicio complaciéndome con una sopa hecha al momento de pollo y vegetales frescos. De más está decir que la sopa estaba riquísima. Mi pareja ordenó un Bori Roll y un Ribeye con mamposteao. La carne en termino perfecto, buen sabor… y el arroz estaba brutal. De verdad que no comimos postre porque estábamos súper llenos. El bartender también fue súper amable y servicial, complaciendo a mi pareja con un trago de su creación. Fue una muy buena experiencia....
