Chanfle's Tacos — Restaurant in Caguas

I was there for one hour. I seated myself at a table. Another family was seated at a table next to mine. There order was taken, they were served, dinner was cleared and the patents had an after dinner drink.

Meanwhile, no waitress came by to serve me, or even acknowledged my presence. I continually tried to make eye contact with the waitress serving the people next to me. She never made eye contact with me the whole time I was there.

After 1 hour and 11 minutes of sitting there unattended, I got up to leave. I walked to the bar area and spoke with a waitress with whom I spoke to in Spanish. I told her I had sat there for over an hour and been completely ignored with not one waitress even attempting to serve me. I then saud good bye and left the premises.

This is why I gave a rating of one star. It's a shame I never had a chance to try any food or drink due to incompetent,...

El 19 May. Pido 6 tacos y 2 botellas de agua el caballero me pregunto como 3 veces que como iban hacer los tacos cuando me indica que ya la orden esta ready me pregunta que si era yo el que pago por athmobil? le contesto que si y vuelve y me pregunta que cuales eran las bebidas? dos botellas de agua, me da las bebidas y solo había una sola orden en la barra pues asumí que era la mía pues esa agarre y me dice buen provecho le digo que gracias,, Cuando llego a mi casa me doy cuenta que era otra orden lo llamo le explico y me dice que la culpa es mía pq en el ticket decía otro nombre le pregunto que si puedo recoger mi orden.. Hoy 20 May. Me dice que si que no hay problema voy hoy a recogerla lo llamo con tiempo para que sepa cuando llego me dice que es culpa mía pq había un ticket que decía otro nombre y que tengo que pagarle la orden que me lleve , me pongo a explicarle aparte que andaba con prisa y hasta buen provecho me dijo cuando me lleve la bolsa, pero la culpa era mía que increíble y aparte de eso tengo que pagarle la otra orden pero luego me dice que el tiene la culpa de ponerme una orden que no era mía ahí AJAAA Pues es lo mismo que trato de explicarle pero aun así seguia diciendo "que era mi culpa" no entiendo y como quiera se la tenia que pagar wau! gaste 22 dolares en 6 tacos y también tengo que pagarle la otra orden que falta de respeto .. No me lleve mi orden hoy pq no voy a pagar nada que no fue culpa mía 22...
