Famici Wine Co. — Restaurant in Caldwell

I stopped by to check out the winery for a future visit. The location is hidden away, up on a hill, with a beautiful view of the vineyards and the expansive emerald green valley. The patio is charming, large and provides a lovely view. I was greeted so warmly by the winery team member and invited inside to look around and relax. She kindly provided my two beagles with water. There were guests who took an interest in my dogs and we ended up talking for quite awhile about all the wineries in the valley. I learned so much! This place is a “must-to” when visiting the Sunnyslope wine region. Wine is excellent and the staff all so friendly! Worth making Famici your final stop with plenty of time to enjoy their selections of wine. Their indoor tasting room is cozy and warm welcoming with fun trinkets to take home for gifts. Some of them made by the owner herself! If inside is full, there is a beautifully decorated patio in the fall season or beautiful scenery to enjoy during the summer months. I went to visit with my husband and friends this last Saturday. The ambiance and environment in general were nice, friendly, and welcoming. Between the four of us, we shared two flights of wine - one all white and one all red. There were some delicious wines to try from, and their wine slushies were fantastic! You can order a charcuterie basket filled with goodies, but you can bring in outside food, too. It was an amazing experience that I would recommend...
