Wed. 06/18/25 Went to Belle Valley today for lunch at Patty's Restaurant on SR 821, we have always enjoyed our visits there in the past, even bragging on FB about their wonderful service, cleanliness, and Menu. Today will be our last visit there. I ordered a Grilled Ruben, which I've always enjoyed there. A traditional Grilled Ruben is served with Pulled Corned Beef on Marble Rye with Sauerkraut and Thousand Island Dressing; today my Grilled Ruben was served with Deli Slices of Beef, Sauerkraut was watery and overcooked, on a toasted White Sandwich Bread. The Bread was soggy with the wet Sauerkraut and dripping Greasy fried Deli Sliced Beef. I had to eat it with a knife and fork. French Fries were under cooked. My bowl of Coleslaw was very delicious. Vicky ordered Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce, which she said was very good, but Garlic Toast had no garlic on it and was so lightly toasted it looked just like regular butters White Bread. Her Side Salad was also good. We had, after lunch, Rhubarb Pie for Vicky, and Lemon (Cool Whip Topping) Pie for me (no Meringue this time). Our Lunch cost us $40.38 plus a modest tip for our waitress (which was not any fault of hers); next time we'll just go to the Lafayette for lunch. lol. Two thumbs down for Patty's. Wondering if it's under New...
Read moreThis local favorite is every thing you would hope for in a locally owned one off restaurant. Plenty of comfort food options so well as several salad options. This was my first visit and it was 1pm. I had left home without eating so I was really hungry. The seerver which took great care of me, suggested a crabby party. The name is a little miss leading in that there is no crab on the bun. What is on the bun is 2 quarter pound burgers. With double swiss cheese, double bacon, grilled onions, mayonaise & pickles on a toasted Kaiser bun. It was delicious. The restaurant was clean and the menu varied enough to assure something for everyone. This is where construction workers eat when there in the area. I finished by Crabby Patty and curly fries then finished with restaurant made apple pie with ice cream. If your in the area I highly reccomend stopping in and supporting this home town...
Read moreRight off of I-77 in Belle Valley, Ohio, this nice, casual family restaurant specializes in home-style cooking, popular with locals on Sundays. They have a salad bar buffet and full-course meals made to order. Wait staff serves you at your table or booth.
NOTE: Their all-you-can-eat fish Fridays can't be beat. Pick and choose from four different varieties of Coleman's Fish (fried, beer battered, Cajun, or lemon pepper). My week just doesn't end right if I don't make it to Patty's Place on Friday night.
Their fettuccine alfredo is also very good, served with garlic toast and your choice of sides. I didn't personally care for their country fried steak, but everything else I've had there was phenomenal. If you're ever passing through, stop in and give Patty's...
