The food was amazing here! My boyfriend, son and I came here to eat lunch before heading out to fish for the day. It was super busy, the lady at the counter was very nice and so was everyone else! However, after we ordered our food we found a table and was almost to it and a group of black kids ran through us and took the table, they weren’t even eating they just sat and talked amongst theirselves. So we went and waited outside for our food and we could hardly get out the door because those kids friends were standing around being absolutely rude. Our food got done and another table opened up so we sat down and while we were eating more of those kids came and sat at the table, they took a chair from another table and sat it in the isle where there’s little to no room for a server to bring the food out to begin with. My cheeseburger was excellent. Hearty and delicious. We shared a side of fries and a tea, and both were also great. The service was quick and the server was friendly and informative. Also, while the town is small, there were a number of tables occupied and a fair number of takeout orders going on. There may not be a lot of options in the area, but the locals seem to love this place, and with good reason.
All told a solid restaurant at...
Read moreVery nice country cafe. Handicap parking in front. Wheelchair accessible seating. Tables were cleaned after each customer. Waitress very friendly and helpful. The owner was available and answered my questions and was also nice and friendly. I love the handmade hamburger patty and handmade cole slaw that was sweet, minced and perfect. To give them a 5 star the fries needed to be hand cut along with the onion rings. (Sorry I dislike crinkle cut). I will definitely be back to try the BBQ and other items on the menu. Very cute inside. Try out this small town restaurant and you will enjoy a...
