If at all possible, avoid eating at this place. Horrible service.

Ordered a chicken cheddar bacon ranch salad, and was told that they do make make those, and only have Caesar salads. I indicated the “Make any regular sub a salad” option at the bottom right of the menu. The two employees looked dumbfounded at each other for several seconds, and then said ok. She proceeded to charge me the price of the sandwich rather than the indicated salad price, but I did not complain. We were the only ones in the restaurant, and it still took near 10 minutes to make my friends chicken cheddar bacon ranch sandwich.

The sandwich came out minutes before mine, and they asked my friend if they wanted lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on his sandwich, to which he said yes to all.

When mine was ready, I asked for onions on the salad, and was told “we don’t put those on the sandwich.” After insisting I would like onions, I was given two small slivers of red onion. After asking for more, I was given 3 even smaller slivers of onion.

They also forgot the ranch dressing, and once provided it was maybe a tablespoon of dressing in a small side cup.

Im leaving a review to help people out. There are no other reasonable meal options in this airport. The airport is itself outdated so the Blimpees is also outdated. That being said, my sub bread was fresh. I would eat there again. I bought a sandwich at another airport that cost me $15. I threw it in the trash. Blimpees has an A rating according to the posted accredidation, given in 2025. The cashier speaks little English but my sandwich was what I ordered. Slow. slow. Slow. This has got to be the most poorly run sandwich shop in the nation. The woman taking orders consistently stepped away, in the middle of taking each order, to pass along a previous order to the sandwich makers. The two making sandwiches were then interrupted from doing their job. Very poorly executed. I would recommend avoiding this business.
