Bones Roadhouse — Restaurant in California

My wife and I went snowboarding in Tahoe and as we got her favorite drink, a bloody mary, an older gentleman informed us of a great stop down highway 50 with an amazing bloody mary!!! Just so you know, it's not "right off the 50." But it is amazing! We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and it was empty...and in the middle of nowhere!!! There was only a chevron gas station across the way but this place does what it does very well. The bloody mary was spicy topped with pickled green beans and asparagus. It had a delicious piece of Salami and cheddar skewered with an olive!!! It was practically an appetizer!! We ordered their cheeseburger with fries. Perfect!!! Big disappointment! I was looking forward to my 1st visit to Bones Roadhouse! Reviews and pics were great! Bones offers a simple menu of burgers, hotdogs and sandwiches. Fries & onion rings. Atmosphere is Local Bar with a juke box! Indoor and outdoor seating. My party ordered a couple margaritas, double shot whiskey sours and beer. They were served with lots of mix...no alcohol! The double shot whisky sours didn't even have a single shot! A margarita was $6.97, but 2 shots of Jameson was almost $20!!! ??? We ordered garlic fries and wings. They were good, but oddly the wings are fried chicken wings with sauces on the side. It took Over An Hour for us to be served our 6 sandwiches!!! 2 BLTs, chicken sandwich, rueben (pastrami), hotdog, pulled pork. They were pretty good, but not worth an hour wait! We're new to the neighborhood but can't see...

Do not trust anymore due to violence, may sue them, not a safe place and was slandered as a local because I was attacked by a drunk and dared writing to inform the owner and that the bartender should not serve drinks till people are drunk. I'm a local, been going there for 10 years and deserve to feel safe, but should have called the cops looking back on it. So to defend herself bartender told the owner I did not pay my bill which is a boldface lie, I have my cc receipt. Now one gal that works there and always loved me even turned against me due to the bartenders lies. This is no way to treat good people and locals. As said, may even sue for deformation to my good reputation as a business owner and honest person, but everyone deserves to feel safe...
