0 for 3! Went 3 times this week and they have struggled to take my order, made my drinks wrong, and overcharged me...yet have no qualms about shamelessly flirting and asking for tips! I've only ordered simple standard coffee drinks and they still make it wrong! The first time they added so much honey, it no longer had any coffee flavor at all. Next time the guy taking my order didn't even understand what a 'double espresso' was, suggested I was ordering wrong, then they acted like it was a wierd thing to order! The last girl gave me a large cup of water with a single shot of espresso in it after I asked for a large coffee with an extra shot of espresso. I brought it back and asked what she charged me for and she replied, "I don't know, I just pressed the button". Wow, seriously!? Also, they do not have brewed coffee, only americanos which do not taste the same and if you order a regular brewed coffee they don't tell you they only make americanos. The employees at his location are lacking in training and could also improve their customer service and listening skills! They also don't seen to understand that 'chatting up' a customer in the drive thru for a full minute or two after handing out their order is poor customer service and means every customer behind them has to wait longer and it adds up quickly. Very unprofessional. Wrap the convo up as the order is handed over if there's a line, it's just common sense. Read moreExtremely disappointed with my experience today at this Dutch bros location. This is normally my favorite Dutch Bros to go to. It’s close by always friendly and good drinks, but today I was served by a very rude and terribly mannered barista. She had short brownish reddish hair with some facial piercings, not sure her name, but made me feel so uncomfortable and leave very upset when I showed up very happy. I pulled up with nobody Infront of me or behind me and she made me feel super rushed and when I changed my mind before they have even started making it or charged me, she made it very known with passive aggressive comments to her other coworkers that I was a nuisance when I was just excited to get a fun free drink. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this location due to not wanting to be served by this woman again. Read moreEvery morning on my way to work, I get my usual drink at Dutch Bros. All of the employees are friendly and personal. They have the tunes cranked up, in their groove, and working really well together. It’s a well oiled machine over there, and I’m an executive where I work. The manager is upbeat, positive, and supportive with his crew. Almost every employee knows what my vehicle looks like and they know my usual drink order. When I drive in, they greet me, take my order, and ask me what I’m doing that day. When I drive up to the window, they already have my drink order ready.
