Fatburger & Buffalo's Express — Restaurant in California

Burgers were burnt and very over seasoned! Very messy too. Husband ordered his with everything no tomato and it came with them on it. Mine was missing the mayo and had so much pickle relish I had to wipe it off. Charged twice for cheese for both burgers so instead of $1.20 each it was $2.40. I can understand the extra charge for ordering onion rings instead of fries but we were charged three times instead of twice. Onion rings were luke warm and hard. Asked for ranch to dip them in charged but no sauce. The guy who took our order was slow both mentally and physically, he only had 1 speed reverse! Had to repeat order 4 times and it was still wrong. I made the comment to my husband he must be stoned because he was so out of it. The tables were dirty as well. And my pet peve is how the unsweet tea is.....old; it had a bad taste. We will not be going here again. Going to try Rock’N Fish Grill, or Unami Warrior. I'm not big on celebrity restaurants as I have only been to 2 that lived up to the hype but I will even go to George Lopez’s Chingon Kitchen over fat burger again. As we go to rolling hills casino at once a month with our drive up and down the 5 fat burger was a huge disappointment! I know The Rock and brew's was good when we ate there so hopefully the other restaurants will be or at least much better...

Food was good, the person taking the order just seemed like he really disliked his job, he was a young fellow with blonde hair and kind of a rough complexion, as soon as I walked up to the register there was no greeting from him, no kind of courtesy whatsoever, after losing lots of cash at the casino the last thing anyone wants is to receive service with an attitude. I also had to explain my simple order several times before he got it right. Funny thing is he was really courteous to next customer after me, but he had a much lighter skin tone than I do. Not saying this guys a racist, but it doesn't make sense to be rude to the dark guy and nice to the white guy. The rest of the staff was really nice though, but I'm still not eating...

Fat burger is a flop, the bun needs to be warmed, so it is soft. They don’t put much mayo on it and you to have to put your own catchup etc on it. The fries reminded me of McDonald’s and the fat fries tasted plain. We have way too many burger joints in Corning, the casino has Rockin brews hamburgers already, which makes you think you are at a school cafeteria, not comfortable atmosphere and now we have Fat burger.

We already had McDonald’s and Bartels.

The casino has no good food anymore, unless you want to pay a huge price for the steak house.

A good normal sit down diner or buffet would of been better, not the so called Double down cafe, which is not what it says it is suppose to be.
