Burger Taste/Texture: Was the burger dry, greasy, or bland? Did the toppings seem fresh or stale? Did the bun hold up well or was it soggy? I wouldn't always consider any typical local restaurant. ... Especially "Five Star Burger" which once was called "Frosty King" and who knows who owns it now. Anyways, I've been there a couple times. The burger was a mess, the burger bun was always wet, the lettuce was dry, if it was wet it would be the sauce(s). There aren't ever many varieties of sauces, burger bun always soggy. Sides: Were the onion rings or fries overcooked, undercooked, or lacking in flavor? Wouldn't consider the fries unless you like salty fries, a little undercooked but they're alright. Order Accuracy: Was your order prepared correctly (e.g., no pickles when requested)? No, my order wasn't prepared correctly. Requested 2 "Five Star Burgers" One with no cheese and one with no onions. Both of the "Five Star Burgers" came with onions and cheese. Overall Value: Did the quality of the food justify the price you paid? Service: Speed: Was the wait time reasonable, or was it excessively long? No, the employees took about an Hour. Attitude/Friendliness: Was the staff polite and helpful, or were they rude or uncooperative? The employees would get or act very confused over what you'd order. At some point there'd be another customer complaining. Helpfulness: Did the staff address your concerns or questions effectively? The staff would usually give you the food and you would have to check the unmarked bag of food and if they'd mess up your order, you would have to tell them in their face. The person working at the window would still often get confused of what you'd say them in person. Cleanliness: Was the dining area clean and well-maintained? I WOULD MOST-DEFINITELY RECOMMEND GORDON RAMSAY TO CHECK...

(As what others stated, he's service is a hit and miss. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Sometimes feeling rushed.... and after I leave I have missing items... like 2 out of 5 visits I have missing items that have never been replaced, rewarded or even a coupon lol)
(I think all fast food workers should require masks and force people to wear masks upon entering the place. Bud sadly during pandemic and after, they didn't wear masks too often)
If you have cravings for pretty much anything, this is the place for it. They have a LARGE menu and it's similar stuff to "foster freeze", but I think this place has more variety.
They have shakes, Smoothies, ice cream, boneless wings, chicken tenders, burgers, and so much more. These are some of the stuff I tried and their all delicious and fresh, made to order each time! so wait time can be long and if you gonna have a large order, just call and order ahead
Nachos is pretty good too. (Drive thru is a little weird and it's in the back of 7-11 and rbis place so go around by 7-11, in the rear, and follow straight ahead and theirs the menu! Can't miss it )
Their good but lack full inspection of "what the order was wanted/expected" and just hanging the bag out for the customer to "hope everything is in there..." but if they honor something for the many missing items in the past. It will be 5 stars for sure...(edit;
I informed them of the missing food and they replaced it faster then I was able to say what was missing lol SUPERB...
Read moreThis place was terrible. The bathroom was filthy and there was a stench like the plumbing was backed up. All you could smell was raw sewage. There were no towels to dry your hands and no soap in the dispenser. Y'all need to take some pride in your "restaurant" and clean the bathroom. Make it inviting and not look like a bathroom where unaliving takes place. Moving on to the food. It is overpriced first off. I know y'all are right off the freeway but if you're going to charger as much as you do make sure the quality lives up to the price point. I ordered carne asada fries and they were not great. The fries were cooked in old oil and they were rock hard as if they were sitting a while and thrown back in the fryer to warm them up. There was a fly problem on my visit so we left just as soon as we got our food and had a couple bites. Who wants to fight pests while they eat? My advice if headed south on 99 eat in Turlock or wait til you get to Atwater or Merced... if you're heading north on 99 wait til you get to...
