Food Junction 2 (Indian Street Food) — Restaurant in California

We had ordered at Food Junction 2, one 32 Chicken Home Style and Chicken Wing and one Malai Chaap. They gave the wrong order. When we checked, the same was not found. So we called. A lady named Ritu picked up the call. We asked her that you gave the wrong food. She said that you got another one in place of this. Then we said that we had ordered one more food and you gave some more. So she spoke very wrongly and said that we are not eating what you gave. So we told her that it is your mistake. She said that I am not able to pay attention to every order. Many people come here. We don't have time to check your food. She is saying that you should order somewhere else. Why do you come here? We used to get very old food from the food junction people which we had never eaten before. We used to order simple tawa roti which they used to fry in oil at night and give us roti which were very old rotis, not these fresh rotis they give us. Whoever my brother takes roti for three from us, he must make this noise once, he did it, the rotis came, these were the same rotis that were served in the afternoon and they put ghee and fry them and give them to us at night. We had ordered simple and plain rotis which we had said we wanted simple roti, not tawa roti, we had said we wanted butter. It was not even said that they should fry the rotis in butter and they put oil on it and gave us the fried rotis which were very black and the guests who came to our house also said that these rotis are not fresh. We gave them fresh ones. They gave us plain rotis which my brother-in-law used to take from them and they took some after...

I mean how could the server or the person who makes it can serve this much burnt food?? Are these guys blind can't you see its completely burnt and still you have the guts to pack it for your customers!! worthless and disgusting at the same time. We love having food from you guys if you got it burnt its okay we can wait if you want time to remake it that's fine but this is not acceptable. I wonder how you guys can do this to your customers.
