The Tracy Breakfast tour continues!

Four Corners is considered the number 2 or 1 restaurant for Breakfast in Tracy by online sources. After the Black Bear Chain restaurant which is coming up!

It is better than Perko's but not much better, it cost more. The food is OK nothing special at least it was cooked or burnt - no fresh squeeze juice options just right out of a bottle.

I have tried this place two times because I wanted to test to see if it was just a bad day for them, but nope the second time was slightly worse.

The menu seems tailored to generate more revenue trying to find just a basic egg, bacon, toast, potato option not really possible you have to give up toast to get pancakes which seems odd to me.

It is very dark inside with a very vintage look so if you are in the mood for type of "we just got back from a clan rally" vibe of the deep south this is the spot for you.

I don't get the feeling the restaurant is clean but hard to tell it could be just because it is was dark.

I did meet the owner he seemed like a nice guy and seemed to care about this place so I really wanted it to be better, so I tried 2x. I...

I love your food here but i thought about sharing my experience this morning. We had an unpleasant experience with your lady server Shes blonde, white and looks like on her 60’s. She was so impatient and intimidating to us esp when we were trying to convey what drinks we would have. We initially said regular coke but my friend changed her mind to lemonade, then she replied in disgust “so what do you want? juice or lemonade?” in which her question made the whole situation more confusing. She was so irritated that she transferred us to another server, a hispanic lady who is exceptionally kind and better than her. We were the only asian at that time and I see that the blonde server was extra nice to customers of her similar race. I believe that her attitude and customer service skills is something that needs to be called out esp for customers who are new to your place. She could have been nice and patient to us esp that we are not so familiar with menu. Pls talk to her, your food is great but i dont want her to continue with bad attitude esp to new customers let alone minority and speaks english as...

COUNTRY ... dining at it's finest !!!

from the salad bar, to the cup of fresh soup, and the main course piled high with extra helpings :)

i know how to eat, this place takes me to food coma ... and more !!!

favorites are the new york steak, the stuffed angus flap steak with grilled onions, mushrooms, and peppers is ridiculous good, i can't even eat the mashed potatoes and gravy and steamed veggies ... but i do anyways :)

sometimes i'll order the chicken fried steak which is baseball mitt sized, or the pork chops which are cooked to perfection ...

enjoy a blue moon, have a slice of fresh pie, watch the ball game ... nice !!!

the salad bar is insanely good, tons of really fresh items, lots of good garnish to make a salad and the cup of soup a meal in itself ... which is exactly what i do sometimes, order the flap steak to go, sit at the counter enjoy my soup, salad, and a blue moon, watch an inning of baseball and at just the right time my steak dinner for later is ready, great experience been coming here for 25 years since the reich family, lots of...

Took about 10 minutes standing in a half empty room for someone to acknowledge us, though plenty staff looked over at us. Guy from kitchen came over and showed us to a seat, waitress was pretty short. Could've just been a bad day. Wasn't rude but it seemed like something was bothering her. Coffee was horrible, but this could be preference. Most diner coffee is bad but this was far below my threshold. Orange juice was the 2nd worst I've had this trip, watery and almost sour. Beyond that, bread selection was nice! We had rye and sourdough. Was perfectly toasted and buttered. Country potatoes, German sausage and hash browns were all good. My family raves about this place so I assume it was just a bad day, but hey, this is what reviews are for!

Super love the fried chicken and I tried the chicken bacon sandwich also known as BC sandwich. The fried chicken is made to order so it takes a while to get but it's worth the wait. Only bad is I wish the hours were better for evening and weekend. Dining area was clean but it is very small looks like there is maybe 10 or 12 tables total. Parking is limited but is easy to attain if you don't go and during busy hours. The staff was friendly and they got my order correct! I did have a little bit of issue but overall I say definitely go if you want some awesome fried chicken or just some good cooking lots of options for sandwich/salads/dinner plates.

Update 3/17/18: St. Patty's Dinner of corned beef, cabbage, potatoes and carrots was off-the-hook good! Dinner was only $15.99. Included was fresh bread, fantastic vegetable soup, salad bar, and the meal. The meat and cabbage were very tender and full of flavor. Best St. Patty meal I've had. I will be returning for the same meal on 3/17/19! Earlier review: Food is consistently good at a reasonable price, and the staff is always very friendly. I usually have breakfast or lunch, haven't done dinner very often. Portions are a good size. Gotta love the atmosphere in here, old school Tracy. Country Dining at its finest.
