This place is a hidden gem of San Lorenzo/San Leandro area. My family and I have been coming here since I moved to Castro Valley, about ten years ago.
This is our go-to place when we crave for some good Filipino food that is near our place. My all time favorite are the crispy pata and bangus sisig. The crispy pata is always cooked right and delicious, it does not need any dipping sauce. The bangus sisig is one of their specialties, although lately they have not been serving sizzling on a sizzling plate like they used too.
I have only tried pizza about two times but my kids order it most of the time so I take a bite here and there. What I can say is that Ted, the owner continuously work on perfecting the craft of making pizza and it shows. I personally come here for the Filipino food and not the pizza, my suggestion is, try the Filipino dish inspired pizzas at least once. You will not regret it.
I really want this place to succeed and stay as...
Read moreMy family was visiting from Milpitas, CA when I decided to bring them to enjoy ADOBO pizza. We ate there early and spent almost $100. We were excited to enjoy the entertainment but found out we could not stay unless we spent more money. Being brought up Filipino and raised here in America. It was very disappointing that we were told to leave because we needed to order more food and pay an additional $10 per person. My nanay, auntie, wife, three kids, and myself were very saddened that we could not stay to enjoy their filipino culture! How ashamed and disgusted that we all felt as we were shunned from this restaurant in San Lorenzo. I would recommend you not bring your family or friends to this filipino establishment because you will end up leaving and not enjoying the food & entertainment after paying a lot of money. Its not worth the sit down. The smile from the waitress is misleading. Avoid this place if you...
Read moreMy family and I came in on a Monday night to order pizza, they had no dough! So we decided to try the Filipino food. Ordered the Tocino, They were out of stock! we ordered the BBQ, and guess what, they were out o stock (should have saw the warning signs but we wanted to support filipino small businesses)! we finally settled on some pancit, Bangus, Crispy Chicken and pork sinigang. the food was avarage except for the sinigang. the sinigang was horrible. to much patis and there were only 5 pieces of meat! to top it off, it took them 45 minutes to get us our first dish which was the steamed rice. then every 10 minutes they came out with the other subsequent dishes. I advise you to not go. You have...
