Frosty King — Restaurant in California

So the thing is all Frosty kings are not alike so this is just for location mentioned above. I came to this frosty king because I live in a gated community close and it's super convenient next time I'll save my money. Spent almost $50.00 and didn't even get my salad dressing or condiments. Asked for crispy frys and received old cold stale frys. Not to mention everything but the chicken strips was just not good or cooked through. Made the mistake to go back for ice cream and figured can't mess ice cream up WRONG!!! Paid for extra chocolate chips in my shake and received less then normal my ice cream cones were the WRONG flavor and a horrid mess inedible after paying another $20.00 not to mention i waited 23 min no one else in line for messed up ice cream. Not to mention the lady with the bleached hair older is completely rude. I was very polite and tolerant even after the horrid...

Since this place has changed hands, it has turned into a dump. Once a couple of us who work at the school went in and were told they were only serving drinks, they had no cooks. Another time I went in and ordered the "Family Size Fries", which with the PREVIOUS owner were huge... more than even three people could eat, but this time they handed me a small bag that I was not even able to share with my son.

As mentioned in another review, the last three times I have been in there, the people behind the counter look like they would rather be somewhere else. While not flat out rude, they were very dismissive.

Unfortunately... I will never set foot in this place again. Where once they were a great place to walk to to get a meal at a great price, and the staff was great. Now they are just a sad shell of what they were. The new owners broke something that the previous...

I ordered the special "double cheese burger w/med fries med drink" for $5.99 that they have posted on the sign out front. She hands me a small cup. I was like "that's a medium?" She said "we're out of medium." I didn't make a big deal because I had already waited 15 minutes and they were dead.....idk?

I work at a restaurant and if we're out of something we don't charge the customer extra for something they didn't get. She should have gave me a large or just charged me for a small. It was only a 29 cent difference but it's the moral of the story. That was not professional. At least my...
