Amazing place! The food is very impressive, the interior is warm and cozy like a cabin but open and spacious. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and made great recommendations. We had the clams, Prosciutto Crostini, frito misto and the garlic prawns to start. then we got a maple sausage pizza and a cesar salad in between courses. For our main dishes we ordered the seafood pappardelle, mushroom and spinach ravioli with truffle, flank steak and the carbonara. What can i say everything was delicious. As much as we tried and resist the temptation for sweets, we ended up ordering one of each of the desserts offered by chef Alejandro.. and ohh my lord!! That sealed the deal! Delicious! We got a chocolate mouse, a tiramisu, a lemon tart and a crème brûlée. We had a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it.

Came here for a Halloween event, which in itself was excellent. But the fried chicken - the moment I tasted it I was simultaneously thinking “wow” and “oh no.” “Oh no” because it’s the sort of amazing irresistible flavor that haunts you and makes you seek it out again and again, and “wow” for the same reason. Seriously the best fried chicken I’ve ever had - juicy and flavorful (and not just the breading, but the chicken itself - they must brine it). And the owner and staff are friendly and personable. Warm, charming atmosphere too. I’ll definitely be back!

Fabulous west county roadhouse, amazing food, friendly servers and even live music! A special appetizer of halibut and scallop ceviche with avocado, cucumber and plantain chips — then the most amazing eggplant parmesan topped with crispy kale and perfectly cooked broccolini while the hubby had tagliatelle with bolognese. Great wine selection, $20 corkage if you supply your own and loads of cocktails. Rustic, comfortable atmosphere, lovely patio among the redwoods and comfy feels all around.

Celebrate fall (or any season, any time) at Giaco’s for an amazing seasonal menu executed with a keen sense of culinary style in flavors, textures, colors. The seasonal fig salad on greens with hazelnuts (and more) was an exquisite fall salad tossed with care in Dijon dressing. The pork chop on a plate of herb infused white beans, coupled with butternut squash and Brussel sprouts, could not have been more flavorful and juicy. (I appreciated the chef’s attention to the exact right balance of salt.) Dinner was topped nicely with shared desserts that included a poached local pear with Chantilly and a plate of rich crème caramel. All delicious. All A+. So good in fact that it took discipline to not finish our main plates and make take away possible for more of a good thing the next day. San Geronimo may be off the beaten path for many in Marin and the Bay but the experience at Giaco’s is worth the drive for friendly service, music, and the feel of home with fine dining inside...

I’ve dined here multiple times for lunch and it has always been outstanding! Great pizzas and creative and delectable salads! Dinner menu has more pizza options so If you aren’t feeling the basics, come for dinner. I did have an unpleasant experience on Mother’s Day. Made a reservation for 2pm for my mother in law who came from NYC. When we showed up they were out of almost everything and were only serving eggs and stuff at 2pm!! It was a massive disappointment and tanked our whole day since we waited to eat -and ultimately had to find something else. There was nothing on the site they said it would be “brunch” only…2pm..my mother in law is allergic to eggs and we made a big deal out of the reservation only to...
