Great food! For tacos we tried the Al pastor, carnitas, and the birria. The carnitas were nice and crispy, the birria was very rich although the dipping sauce was a thicker consistency than I am used to. The al pastor had wonderful flavor, the quesadilla was also great and not greasy like other restaurants. The fish ceviche was fresh and bright tasting with perfectly ripe avocado. Good salsa selection. My one suggestion would be to have potato taquitos without chicken as a vegetarian option. My vegetarian friend ordered them because we thought the taquitos were potato OR...

I remember when Hilarious was just a taco truck in sierra highway. They were a small family taco truck now they are a full blown restaurant. Ive been to many taco trucks but Hilarious hits differently than the rest. I remember the first time I ate a birria taco from Hilarious….it hit my soul. Good eats at a good price. Their tacos al pastor and tacos de carne asada are some of my favourites. Their carne asada burritos are also a good choice. Their two salsas are a creamy avocado salsa and a creamy orange-coloured salsa that’s the spiciest.

The staff are very friendly and are bilingual in English and Spanish.
