Hilmar Portuguese Bakery — Restaurant in California

I didn’t catch her name, but we went there yesterday in search of Sao Jorge cheese and unfortunately they didn’t have any. The lady said to come back tomorrow 3/26 and they would have more. We were on our way out of California headed back to Idaho, but decided screw it we can stay another night. Love this hidden gem. They have a great amount of portuguese products here. Fridge full of our cheeses churico, linguica bacon, along with frozen seafood. I havent tried their papo secos yet i just went for my first time so on the next occasion i will. Super happy about it, i usually drive to turlock portuguese bakery to get my bread etc so now i can spilt my trip if one place doesnt have an item. Wonderful little shop that we will drive to every once in a while! (We live about half an hour away) They have Portuguese pastries and a cute sitting area! I enjoy stopping in for a Queijadas and Sumol!!
