When my husband went to pick up our online order, they told him to park and wait for them to come out to give it to him. They came out and gave him the wrong name of Sherry the order was under Cheryl. They insisted and left him with the order. After they left, he looked in the bag and saw that it was the wrong order. It was 35 chicken nuggets and not the 6 piece order that we ordered. My husband walked back inside to tell them it was the wrong order and that the order was under Cheryl Black. They claimed there was no such order placed and he had to call me. I gave them the order number and they found it. As my husband was standing there holding the bag with the wrong order, door dash came in and they took the order from my husband and gave it to the door dash person for delivery. Can you honestly pass an order to another after it’s been in the possession of another person? How do they know if it was touched or altered in anyway? I think that’s illegal, unethical and just plain nasty. I wouldn’t feel good about receiving my order after it had been in the hands of another customer. Read moreI’ve only been to this location a couple times and every single time.. my order was totally wrong and it was always the same girl at the window all those times, Not only is she extremely rude but if you just go back looking for your correct order then you’re getting an eye roll and an attitude. Highly frustrated at the app, not the staff, Melanie stepped in and took care of us. She was able to duplicate the special order and we were charged slightly less than what we would have been charged in the app.
