If you bring your children to the play structure, WATCH THEM. If you canât handle their behavior at home, donât subject other paying guest to there screaming and bad behavior. Iâve been taking my children and now grandkids to this McDonalds since it first opened. Most of the time itâs an enjoyable experience. Lately however there is âTHAT KIDâ that spoils the experience for everyone. Everyone in the room is afraid to say something. The staff is afraid to say something. But when other children are in danger of getting hurt by flying toys and rough pushing something needs to be done. Today I whiteness 3 kids (ages approximately 6-3) who appeared to be with their grandmother. The longer they played in the structure, the wilder they got with no reprimand from their supervising adult. Then the throwing toys started. Harder and higher, but still nothing said to control them. Parents called their well behaved children out of the structure and some left. The grandmother gave her three unruly wards a 10 min warning they would be leaving soon. Yeh!! However, when she called them to vacate the structure, which they followed her directions nicely, she instructed them to stand outside the structure and wait for her to return. While she went back inside the main restaurant to order more food, the three kids were left to do as they pleased and terrorize everyone in the playhouse dining area. The kids were in their own little world competing for who could hit the ceiling and top of the play structure with their toys. As the toys fell to the ground and hit tables etc.. they push other kids out of the way to pounce on their toys to fling them back in the air. An employee came into the play area twice to deliver food, but nothing was said to these unattended children. Other adults in the room just sat and watched while they kept their own children seated at their tables. WHY is this allowed? After 7 min I stood to see where the grandmother had gone. She was still at the food counter. I wait till the 10 min mark and could no longer take it. I stood and told the kids to STOP. No more throwing toys before someone gets hurt. When the grandmother finally came back in with a tray of food, I was so disgusted, I packed up my grandchild and left. My grandchild was pushed, shoved, knocked down, had her happy meal toy snatched from her hands and almost hit in the head by a flying toy multiple times by these kidâs antics. How is that ok? Is this behavior by both the children and the supervising adult...

Drive-Through:
Has two lanes with two order menus and speakers that work clearly. Courteous professional communications with order attendants. First post-ordering window attendant provides receipts. Second window attendant hands out the ordered items in a bag. At times, napkins and condiments need to be requested due to a new single-use California state law.
Curbside:
Up-front curbside delivery. Restaurant team members are courteous, prompt, clean, and professional in bringing out orders to the correct vehicles.
Dining Room:
Clean tables, seating, floor, and counters. Friendly helpful staff team members who take orders inside and also help outside McDonalds app orderers when the online McDonalds ordering app is acting up, so that customers can still get the same deals they wanted when they tried to order on the app, but it froze, etc... The app is getting better each day as each newly discovered app issue is resolved with an update software patch. Online app ordering customers get help at the inside ordering and payment counter.
Table Service Orders:
Online ordering requesting in-restaurant table service is handled promptly and professionally by courteous service providing team members.
Restrooms:
Restrooms without locks on the main washroom entry door. Good for elderly, disabled, and those with disabilities, and those with medical conditions with bladder issues. Other MxDonalds" restaurants have locked main washroom doors, and have caused people with bladder and bowel issues to experience the humiliation of not being allowed to make it to the commode in time to prevent a public health hazard scene in the public dining room. The women's washroom has 2 separate private lockable stalls. Baby-changing wall pull-down table. Most times well-stocked.
Extra Amenities:
Wall-plugs still exist as of March w, 2023. Convenient for travelers and all who need to charge their phones or other communications devices. Working electrical wall sockets make it the McDonalds of choice, to stay in communication with family and to also study.
Conclusion: Better features than many other McDonalds locations, makes this the restaurant...
