This is a place that you have to go-to when they are open. As you walk into the building you are met with the smell of livestock from the prior days sales. Then you go into the cafe and smell some homemade cooking that is done from scratch. I ordered the cowboy burger with a salad with french dressing. I was in heaven when I tasted the French dressing. It is so fresh and wonderful I could have a glass just for lunch. I then looked at the burger and smiles.becsuse it was some of the freshest beef that you can find. Went there during lunch with a family of 6 and it was a great experience overall. Me and my brother had ordered their famous ‘Cowboy Burger’ and it was the most delicious burger I’ve had in a while (with a hint of spice from the jalapeños, but if you don’t like the spice, the do have an alternate ‘Cowgirl Burger’ that excludes the jalapeños).
