I randomly stumbled upon this place and was pleasantly surprised with the overwhelmingly large menu to choose from and busy vibe in this small town eatery. I decided to litmus test the place against my better judgment and ordered the jumbo chicken wings hot and took the order to go. The wings were on point and were just like I had them when I lived in Buffalo. The wings are the real deal and done the Buffalo way. The hot sauce had less tang but had a spicy kick that wasn't overwhelming. There was no breading and the wings were fried naked, holding it's crispiness through the skin. Even through it was a takeout order the crispiness held since they were eaten almost right away. Only small knock is they gave me ranch instead of blue cheese on default but hey, I'm in California. Other than that, solid all the way around.

delivery drivers are rude, and are smart-aleks. some dude was like ā€œyou ā€˜just’ ordered an hour ago?ā€, like, yeah, i ā€œJUSTā€ ordered it 1 hour ago… ā€˜just’ also means recently... maybe stick to making pizza, not trying to mock people with more than remedial knowledge. the lady who took my order over the phone was super nice though, but everything else was kind of regretful not to mention, the food is low-quality; similar to chain restaurants. the soda cans aren’t even cold… like, this place gives off downtown ramona vibes, not the estates, esp. presentationally speaking they also seem kind of rude to people of hispanic culture… like maybe get out of san diego then… you know, the place w a spanish name…

Very dissapointed. I ordered a "large" pepperoni and mushroom pizza. $21.00 It was more like a medium. 13" diameter. A typical large pizza is 16". Very light too. Taste.....below average. There was almost no pizza sauce, the dough is stiff, the cheese is likely processed cheese made with oil. True mozzarella cheese stretches 5 to 6 inches when pulled. And the slices were barely cut. Had to slice it myself. Mama Ramona's has much better taste and is much bigger. And it's the same price. A few months ago I ordered their Italian sub. It was mostly bread. Very little meat. I won't go there again.

I’m generally super happy with the pizza, the service, the promptness of delivery. The quality of the ingredients and the overall experience. I get pizza and pasta from this place every week, sometimes twice a week as I am a busy single parent. I tried to call tonight to give some feedback quietly, as it’s not a big deal but is annoying. Please cut your pizzas all the way, that’s all, nothing more. Maybe the cutter your team is using needs to be sharpened. The young lady answering the phone refused to let me talk to her supervisor. Saying no one was around when you could clearly hear the other employees around her through the phone. Look I get it, not every complaint needs to go to the manager, and again, I’m not looking to complain or cause trouble. What I do want is my pizza cut all the way when I order it weekly. Please sharpen the cutter in use or be more thoughtful when cutting so it goes all the way through the crust. This isn’t a big deal, it’s a small quibble, but I want to make sure it’s actually delivered to a leader, manager or owner who cares enough about the business to listen to the feedback rather than ignore it. If you make it impossible to give quiet feedback over a simple phone call, then I will just post it online. Jeez it would have been so much faster and less hassle to just let me talk to the manager. This won’t cause me to stop doing business with them unless they keep delivering pizzas not cut...

The restaurant is under new management, and based on the cheese and Italian sausage pizza I ordered yesterday, the new management needs to review an Italian cookbook. The pizza was very different than any I've had in the US or Europe. While driving home with the take-out, I noticed that the pizza had an unusual aroma; there was no hint of mozzarella or seasoned tomato sauce. When I opened the carton, I noticed the ridge of crust around the edge of the pizza was quite large so the center was relatively small. The crust had a good texture and was properly chewy, but was flavorless. The tomato sauce was an unusual medium orange color rather than red, and there was so little used that it was difficult to tell exactly how it tasted. There was no oregano or other seasoning apparent. The cheese used did not appear to be mozzarella, as it did not 'stretch'; the layer of cheese was so thin that it was difficult to determine what sort of cheese it was. It had a different aroma than usually found on a pizza. The Italian sausage was fine, although sparse. As noted, except for the spice in the Italian sausage, there was no seasoning used. Even after adding garlic, oregano, and additional seasonings at home, I could only get it up to the 'meh' level. The pizza wasn't inexpensive, either. The staff was mostly friendly and the place looked clean. I hope the recipe is revised and improved in the...

It's convenient because this place and Pizza Hut are the only 2 places that delivers into our area. My main meal I ordered for the family isn't the issue, my issue was with the only item I ordered for myself. I ordered a tiramisu and I got this. Its whipped cream on top. No a hint of espresso. Its doesn't even look the part. My husband picked it up for me and asked if it was Tiramisu. They confirmed it was. I'll post the picture after I disappointedly had to give this to someone else to eat. I only wanted to waste my calories away on a piece of tiramisu but not on whatever this was supposed to be. The photo is taken after my kids started eating it. The other menu items are fine and the deliver people are nice. But when you pay $4.99 for a piece of disappointment and you tip 20% for disappointment you get irritated. Just make the drive all the way into town if you are looking for slightly better dessert. Pick a piece up from any supermarket. I am clearly not interested in making it myself. I just wanted ONE piece of dessert to treat and waste a days worth of calories for myself after a super long week. I am hoping it was a wrong piece of cake all together and they don't truly think this cake...
