Today I come to Sam's pizza and sit out front of this place call in an order of a couple pizza's and the female on phone says I'm sorry we are closed I reply how so don't talk close at nine? Then silence.. I'm like hello?? She says wait hold on let me ask.. so she comes back to phone and says yeah we are closed!!! Wait what who does this ? Don't display one thing and demonstrate another!! Not to mention the employees that are working at Sam's lately are rude as heck to the customers like not friendly no people skills dang sure no customer relation manners.. I mean the food is great well use yo be but noticed it has changed too.. look I'm still sitting out front while writing this and people coming and they are sending them away saying they closed and it still isn't even 9 O Clock this ain't right if only I knew whom to contact.. I called in Sam's when I arrived here and it wasn't even 8:30pm yet .. I mean come on if you want to close early or want a day off cuz at the end of the day that's cool it's your choice but an upstanding business owner would let it be known to the public by posting it and or have a backup for his time of absence .. I'm just saying .. thank you done venting.. have a great rest...
Read moreUpdate 5/25 5:23pm receipt r1qf Very poor customer service and here is the reason. When my daughter paid she was told 8 min and order would be ready. She went back to buy water and kindly asked if the order was ready by any chance, the employee sighed gave her the water and just shut the window. We waited a bit longer, I then went to ask the order was ready, same employee, seemed irritated and went to the back without saying anything. She returned and said here's your pizza I kindly said thank you and she just slammed the window. I understand that businesses get busy and I don't have a problem waiting given the right wait times. We got our order at 5:40 or 5:41, that was not 8min and no reason for employee to be unprofessional. Honestly it's the first time I've experienced this and I don't recall having an interaction with this specific employee. It's sad because I had enjoyed coming here for a while until today.

Read moreOn October 3rd, 2025, I walked in to Sam's Pizza & More in Stockton, CA. I ordered a personal pizza for one, which cost $6.50. The 18-year-old young man took my order and charged me $7.00. I asked why, and he said that there is a fifty cent charge for using a Debit Card. I said I would have paid cash had he told me so. He said, "Oh, well." I waited for my pizza for 25 minutes and had to leave for another appointment. The young man refused to give me a refund and said, "Just wait a little longer." I said that 5 other customers were helped in that time, and I was the only one waiting. I said I must go, and the young man said, "Then we keep your money and we keep your pizza. So there."
