Stopped by this store on April 30th on the way back home from LA. We ordered a hot Americano from the drive through. The staff handed a full cup to us with the lid actually not closed. The hot coffee spilled on my wife’s wrist and thigh and caused a second-degree burn on the thigh.
After what happened, the staff that handed the coffee and the manager, Davis, did not care about the injury occurred at their store, did not offer any help, did not have any first aid kit in the store when we requested. The manager gave me “the only” pack of burn dressing he could find after I insisted that he go back and check for anything that could help. When I tried to urge him to do something to prevent it from happening to others in the future, the manager blamed on his corporation for sending all the faulty lids that have caused many problems and complaints. But I don’t see he’s taken any action or shown any care when faced with actual problem and complaint.
Worst experience ever at Starbucks. Besides the injury, the complete lack of respect, the indifferent attitude towards customers were absolutely appalling and...
Read moreI came in on a Sunday afternoon I was feeling down and blue and I wanted something refreshing to uplift myself and I recall how Starbucks stuff had always made me feel so uplifting with their messages and their customer service. I wanted to try their new summer beverage and just so you guys know I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and they have always made me feel so good about their messages they write on the cup BUT today i stopped by at the Buttonwillow location and this barista I think her name is Esmeralda did as she pleased with my request, I wanted a uplifting message and she gave me the total opposite to be honest with you I don’t think I’ll be coming to this location, I am so heart broken with this lack of service I don’t not recommend to come to this location especially when ESMERALDA OR ESPERANZA did as she pleased or is working working. I’m probably miss judging her but she didn’t fulfill my expectations with my drink and the customer service I have always got served with. - LA county, never...
Read moreThe young lady that was working the window at 8:15 am on April 17th is entitled to have a bad day. Not entitled to make an old returning customer feel stupid. To tell you the truth, I don't think she was having a bad day. I just think she was annoyed that I didn't know what I wanted to have to drink after she told me you guys don't carry the raspberry syrup anymore that you haven't carried it for about 4 years well, I know it's been not 4 years since I've had a raspberry mocha from a Starbucks. She did it so politely, but you could tell she was annoyed and it just made me sad. I'm a very nice person. I just want her to know not to make anybody else feel the way I did.. When you're in customer service, that's what it's about. Customer service! And I even feel bad writing this review because I don't want her to...
