Subway — Restaurant in California

Took my 3 kids in there to order they r all girls and having fun not being obnoxious just laughing and enjoying eachother while ordering and julie was taking there order there was no other customers in the store so Julie didnt care for there fun and told them they were busy so my girls had to be quiet and not laugh mind u there's no other customers in the store. So who are they really bothering no one then one of my girls asked if they can use the restroom and Julie told her she has to order food to get the key to the restroom mind u all 3 of my kids are ordering food. I am sitting right outside the door i can look inside and see my girls they was having fun w eachother not bothering the worker (julie ) at all letting her do her job. So really what is wrong w people that work these day if u dnt like ur job then get out. Right! I think she was very rude...

I ordered using the subway app on 3/2/21. My order was suppose to be ready at 6:40pm and as of 6:50 an associate told me my order had not even been started yet. This totally defeats the purpose of using the app. This order was completed at 6:57pm. I asked is there any thing that can be done because the order was more than 15 minutes late. The associate said “I don’t know” and did not make any effort to find out. If she had apologized this would have been a 4 star review. If she threw in a free cookie it would have been a 5 star review. The fact that she did not even apologize for being late is substandard customer service. Worst Subway ever and I eat at Subway every week. New management sucks. This is the one closest to my house. Very combative if you do not order straight from menu. Over charges, less product for more money. Just very rude people who make all other Subway owners look bad. Charges 50 cents extra to heat sandwich. My last order which was tonight, I ordered a Supreme Meats. They wrote on my package that they were out of ham so they subbed for turkey. Come on, why not put more cappicola or salumi. The extra cheese did not come on it. Nor did the olive oil, vinegar and oregano. Instead it was sent out with mayo.

I dont know the owner personally but have had many interactions with him. ☆Do not frequent...
