It was ok. I've been there a few times for their tri-tip sandwich and it's not bad. This time, it was a Friday around 2:30 and they were completely out of any bread other than sliced sourdough. Considering it was a big weekend for some of the wineries nearby, I was disappointed. I went ahead with the basic option and placed my order. After waiting 10 minutes, I went back in and they never bothered to prepare the order, looked at me and started asking me questions about the order. Mind you I already spoke to the one cashier once already but she was clueless as to looking up my order or asking the guy who waited on me. They don't apologize and begin to make it finally. I go back in and they hand me the sandwiches, again, no apology. The place puts the tip on first before getting your food and I regret giving a tip, considering they didn't wait on me and didn't place my order. A simple "Sorry, we screwed up" would...
Read moreI stopped by for lunch, and a tri-tip sandwich, bag of chips and a soda came to a whopping $24. The tri-tip was tasty, but far too small for a near $15 sandwich. The bread was very narrow, almost to the point of being a short bagette. I feel very ripped off. After ordering, I asked a very uncaring staff member if we could sit outside while we wait for the sandwiches to be prepared, and she responded by saying "Yes, just check back inside"... meaning that she couldn't be bothered to bring us our sandwiches when they are ready or call out a name. She was there solely to collect my money for an overpriced meal, and no other reason.
There are plenty of other delis in the area; if you are looking for a good value I would recommend you try one of the others. I sure as hell will...
Read moreSandwiches were ok. Mine was pile high in the middle with cheese and hard to get my mouth around. I don't like how they pre-make sandwiches and burritos. I'd rather see my meat sliced fresh, etc. They were also out of sourdough rolls and the pricing is way to high. I might have given them a second chance but they were cutting red onions on the slicer with the ceiling fan going. Well by the time I left I could hardly drive my car my eyes were tearing and burning. I'd rather have gone to...
